The hotel is very close to Dotonbori, which I really liked. I booked a room for three person, and it exceeded my expectations. It is clean and spacious, with the amenities that we needed during our whole stay in Osaka. The hotel provides free water, toiletries, yukata and there is coin laundry at the 1st floor.

No issues noted, my group has no complaints with the hotel as they have provided us with the amenities and assistance we needed during our stay.

This hotel is cheap and in the middle of Namba area with shopping, restaurant etc. Great location. The hotel is efficient, everything works and is amazing for the small room.

The location is hard to find, you need to go from the main big road in an street like an arcade overcovered and then to the second street to the left. Taxi can not come there. We had some problem finding it, because we had no data on our phone but two nice Japanese girls helped us.

Despite the name, the hotel is welcome to all and is situated in a great spot in Osaka. It’s a short walk to Dotonbori and other fun locations and sites in Osaka. While you may want to take a taxi or train to other location such as Osaka Castle what is in the area around the hotel should be more than sufficient for most guests. Despite most of the staff not speaking great English they were very patient and made all attempts to communicate as best as they could with us despite the language barrier and that is always appreciated.

Breakfast isn’t included in most bookings so do be aware of that, but other than that there wasn’t much to dislike.

The hotel was just right for the price I paid. The best thing about this hotel was its location. Shopping, restaurants & stores were just few steps away. The room was surprisingly very clean and comfortable! The size of the room was just right for a solo traveller like me. It is near a popular Japanese alley in Namba (Hozenji Alley). Since you are nearby if you stay here, don't forget to splash water and make a wish at the "mossy" figure of the Hozenji Temple.

It was however a little difficult locating the hotel via Google map because what was pinned will direct you at the back of the hotel. There was a couple of tourist who were seem lost also when they arrived at where the Google Map has pinned it. I know it because when I finally got to the hotel, I saw this same couple checking in (thus, they too figured out that it was the back of the hotel where Google Map directed them).

As central a location as you can get, affordable rates, clean room. Beds are comfortable, and air conditioning is decent. Staff spoke enough English to be helpful. Laundry has built in detergent so you don't need to go buy detergent separately. Breakfast is whatever. Great for solo travelers.

Wifi is spotty at times. Outside can be noisy because of the location. And uh, this is probably my own fault (either because I didn't know how to work the controls or my body has been trained for this), but the bidet was too hot?

cleanliness. Staffs are soooo nice! At the heart of Dotonbori. Near train stations. One train ride from Kansai airport. Really convenient to stay here. I love the sorroundings being busy with people and food. No doubt will be booking from this hotel again on our next visit to Osaka.

Room is a little small (only for Asian size like me) but with the price it is still considered a perfect place for me.

It was convenient to get there by subway from Shin-Osaka. Very close to Dotonbori but not too close so it’s not noisy or too crowded. Also attached to another street market. It was nice we could take a Yukata for the night from next to the elevator. The staff at the counter was very nice and professional. The room was spacious and even the sofa bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It was very helpful that we could leave our luggage at the lobby until 17:00 after checking out for no additional fee.

The breakfast wasn’t very delicious but it sufficed. The doors and the luggage fasteners (when leaving luggage after check out) lock with physical keys which is a little old fashioned, but there’s no problem with the doors.

Stayed here for 6 nights in a double room. Amazing location if you're wanting to explore Dotonbori and nearby areas, whilst still being very near Namba station. Friendly and helpful staff, and the room was was clean and with a very comfy bed. There are laundry facilities. The room was a decent site considering you're at a budget hotel in Japan. Amazing view too!

The wifi was functional but somewhat slow, so you may struggle if you want to download or stream a lot. You'll get a lot of noise from the nightlife on the streets - even on a high floor as I was - but I couldn't fault the hotel itself for that, given the location, and I didn't personally have too much trouble sleeping. The bathroom was a little dated but functional but at 5'9" I found the shower quite short and needed to stoop.

Great location - it's literally inside the Dotonburi area. Excellent location if you're looking to eat, drink, shop and explore the area. There's no curfew cos you can tap your way back to the hotel anytime. Very lively area. The deluxe room we booked was surprisingly big - after staying in a few business hotels - this was the largest one we got. So we were pleasantly surprised. We had 3 persons but the room we got had 4 beds. Non-smoking room. Always make sure to indicate non-smoking if you're not a smoker. Laundry facilities available.

The area can be a bit noisy in the wee hours - sounded like the neighbouring shops/stores either closing very late or opening very early. Also, I received a "scam" message to verify my credit card through the Booking.com app from this hotel. Thankfully, I did not respond. The hotel then sent a followup email to say to ignore it. Another friend also had the same experience. So just be aware.

For the price, it think it was worth it. Location was very ideal as it was closed to most tourist attractions in Osaka. Typical to most Japanese hotel rooms I have been, the size is quite small but surprisingly slightly bigger than other hotels I have been to in Tokyo. My room was clean, but don’t expect much for hotel facilities. The hotel is very dated in design but it wasn’t a big deal for me as we’re only using the hotel room to rest/sleep.

The facilities and design but again, I don’t expect much for the price and location.
