The apartment was big and far more comfortable then other places I had strayed in Japan. It was a reasonable walking distance (10min) away from major train stations and was within walking distance to Tsūtenkaku tower - in fact the tower can be easily seen just from the street. The facilities of the kitchen and laundry within the apartment made this long-stay hotel that more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's lowest level had coin lockers available for use and a chalk board for guest to leave notes on. I felt very secure and safe within the hotel it self despite it being un-staffed. The bed were highly comfortable and spacious.

The only downside to this stay was that it felt "dead" and lifeless during the night making it feel uneasy to walk through the streets especially considering some of the streets went under bridges without light and at some point a nearby street required to pass to get to and from Tsūtenkaku had no lights for the stretch of it. I would not recommend walking the streets at late night alone unless you are brave enough. Despite the low rate of serious crimes in Osaka I would express a high level of alert when walking any empty or dead street day or night time (however, this may just be my own personal paranoia/instincts from home).

Everything's good

The room are spacious and the bed are comfortable. The location is more quiet at night but sometime is it better choice as far from tourist and you can have a peaceful stay. You can have nice view of Hitachi tower by a short walk. Overall the room are clean and value for money. Need to take note when check in, your pass code will only valid after check in time per booking description. We encounter this when try to enter the room earlier, however luckily we meet their staff and get to know the pass code will only working after 3pm. The staff are helpful and they also reply our msg very fast. You may take note, the check in is self processing and there has not front desk staff. However they reply msg very fast

Overall good, nothing to comment with this price and room space. Need some walking to nearest metro station but still manage to do it.

The property was lovely! The location is walking distance to many attractions and facilities, such as shopping areas, restaurants, stations and so on. The rooms were also very clean and had convenient utilities such as a washer and utensils. The balcony view was lovely at all hours of the day too! The coin lockers in the lobby/entrance area were very helpful too in handling my party’s luggages after check out. Also, even though there was no staff present, the check in/check out processes were easy to manage. Overall, a really nice location to stay at :)

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern and clean facilities. The property was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore all that Osaka has to offer. The amenities, including the high-speed Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities, made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend E-Stay Ebisu to anyone visiting Osaka. It's the perfect choice for both short and extended stays.

The room exceeded our expectations. After spending our first week in Tokyo at a hotel with a room so tiny, this was definitely a big upgrade, and a cheaper one too. You practically have everything you need in the room: washing machine, shower room that doubles as a room to dry your clothes using the drying/dehumidifier/heating system built in, microwave, fridge, stove, and a smart tv. Location was good but not the best, you would have to walk about 5-10 minutes to get to the nearest station. Although there are a few stations nearby with different lines so you'll be set wherever you want to go.

Only downside with this accommodation is handling luggage delivery. Since there isn't technically a reception, you will have to handle the delivery yourself. Or at least that's what we did, but after talking with the staff, they're willing to send a staff on site to handle it. We were already too late to organise it this way so we had to pick up our luggage at the post office. Vise versa, you will definitely have to handle shipping your luggage yourself if you're booked for a different hotel next. It's not too bad, we found a Yamato branch 10 mins away but beware, they only do cash!

The self-checkin was a doddle, and the instructions were very clear. So that was great. The room is of a decent size, and the amenities provided were excellent. Fridge was decently big, the microwave rudimentary, but worked flawlessly. The separate shower and toilet very good. Having a washing machine and some kind of air dryer thing in the shower was fantastic. There are three (maybe four, even) train/metro stations within walking distance from the hotel, with one of them, Shin Imamiya, providing a direct line to Kansai International Airport. All in all, an excellent base for our travels in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Arashiyama and Kobe.

The lack of any cutting implements was strange, but not enough to bother us.

I like the layout and the interior of the room. The room is squeaky clean and the essentials are available from cooking tools to toiletries. The check-in and check-out process is also frictionless. There are several train stations available within the area.

The elevator is small considering we have a stroller to bring every time. The pillows are hard but I understand that they picked that for a reason (to cater to people with specific back problems that need some support) but it would be nice to also provide an option for soft pillows.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at e-Stay Ebisu (as well as e-Stay Namba, located along the next street). It is a self-service apartment - check-in was easy with instructions provided 3 days in advance through email. It is located along a quiet side street, close to a JR train station & several metro stations within a 5-10 minutes walk away, which gets you easily to Osaka sightseeing spots such as Kuromon Ichiba Market, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Osaka Castle. It is also a 10-minute walk away from Shinsekai. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to konbinis - Family Mart, Lawson or 7-Eleven are all in close proximity. There is the personal touch of a hand-written welcome note in the room. We appreciated coming back after a day of sightseeing, to a clean, cozy & comfortable room which exuded a chic city small apartment vibe, with stylish brown patterned flooring & some small tables that we combined together for the 4 of us to have our nightly suppers. The size of the room was nice for our family with 4 carry-on luggage opened up. The washing machine & the supply of laundry detergent came in very handy, & so did the special dryer feature in the bathroom - our clothes were warm & dry within 2-3 hours or so.

Very simple and modern process of getting passwords to get into the building and room. Room standard was very good, well kept and clean. It was basically a mini apartment offering everything you need from a washing machine down to cutlery. Comfortable bed, very nice and modern bathroom and shower area. It felt very comfortable, cosy and at home. Location was also perfect as it was a quiet and nice neighbourhood and close to train stations making it easy to get places. Communication was very easy whenever needed and quick replies by owners. It was very nice to come home at night to a place that felt comfortable where we could wind down for the night. Most of all the price is very affordable for what you get which makes this a no brainer and a great value for what you pay. Will definitely come here again if we come back to Osaka.

The fridge would randomly get very noisy sometimes which was a bit annoying but not that bad.
