A ver vibrant hotel. Since it offers free ramen, ice cream, as well as a great variety of liquor(!) at night, there is always a great crowd at the lobby dining area at night. The hot spring facility was and. It too crowded.

The location is a bit harder to get to from the airport if you have a lot of luggages. The nearest train station does not have an elevator so will have to carry luggage up or go through another exit which is a further walk. There is a shuttle service available for a reasonable fee to take you to the airport but you have to book by 2pm the day before.

Location is great! Right next to a Station exit and across the street is a police station. It felt very safe. Supper was great too! There’s ramen every night with different soup bases to try. Room is comfortable, nice addition with the tatami Mats which was really nice. They had staff who were able to speak multiple languages which helped a lot

The rooms were spacious and clean, with lots of amenities and free drinks. Since we stayed in August, it was very comforting to know that cold water, juices and coffee were always being offered at the lobby. We also got to taste takoyaki at the hotel free takoyaki all you can eat.

I was disappointed that tattoos are not allowed in the public onsen, not even small ones. There is the possibility of getting a private onsen but only with an additional fee.

Amazing staff! Very helpful with early checking. Ice cream for free is amazing, though the selection is small (vanilla and chocolate). Ramen from 9-10pm was great for our budget, though we then had the same dinner all of our nights. Juice, cocktails, and other drinks ready at all times. Breakfast was good, and included a broad selection. Beds amazingly comfy. Great amount of control for the lights. onsen was great, and it was easy to book a private room (though clothing is not permitted here). Close to a metro and train station. 13 minute walk from a train going directly to KIX airport.

Our first room (3 people) was the same size as our 2 person room with an added bed. it felt a bit small. the room also was all the way at the end of the hall, and therefore had a very weak connection to the wifi. We ended up in the Lounge often to accommodate our need for downloads and map searches. lack of flavor variety at all meals (they are free so not really complaining)

Great hotel, room was a good size and very clean. Onsen was also pretty nice. Staff were very helpful. Free ice cream, ramen and alochol! Staff also put on some events in the evening.

This hotel seems to be popular with mainly Korean tour groups. This means the hotel lobby gets really busy when the tours are arriving and leaving and it can make it difficult to get in the lift. The onsen also got really busy when these large groups arrived and many of the people in these tour groups did not respect the onsen rules around hygiene - hair was in the water, even saw someone take a razor into the bath! 🤢

Great hotel and facilities. Room was very nice, had a tatami floor and the room is quite large (by Osaka standards). Overall the hotel is very comfortable generally and has lots of amenities and the free ramen/free drinks was excellent. They change the ramen everyday so you don't eat the same one everyday.

At times the hotel felt quite busy with alot of tour groups staying here. Perhaps a line or a better seperation system in the lobby/elevators would help guide groups waiting in the lobby area. Maybe perhaps it was just our stay, but during that time the large tour groups that stayed there made the experience in the general areas feel quite chaotic and busy at times.

All day soft drinks machine, coffee( cold and hot) teas. Limited time offers: Draft Asahi, Japanese Wines, ice cream, every night 21:00-22:00, Japanese noodles( changed every night). I didn’t booked the room with breakfast as I am not sure kids jet leg. We went to 7-eleven or family mart or outside street food bought the food to hotel’s lobby, use their table. They offer free take out chopsticks and paper plates. We just need to clean up the table afterwards. Very convenient, everyone has had a wonderful time and definitely highly recommended! Also the location is great! From airport just take train then changed from K20(天下书屋） to K18(惠美须町）， exit 5 then you will see the hotel in your right hand. And very easier to go to any shopping centre.

The free daily afternoon drinks and the nightly free ramen is definitely a surprise and delight. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff is efficient. The hot spring is nice and the free bicycle rental is fantastic. The rooftop garden is great for watching sunrise and sunset.

The air-con might need some cleaning, it smells up the room with a musky smell. The wi fi in the room is very slow and almost unusable, we complained to the front desk and they gave us a wi fi device and it totally solved the problem.

Located close to the station. And hotel was clean. Offers a lot of necessities to their guests like onsen, all you can drink coffee and juice, even alcohol during the night of your stay (limited hours tho). Staff was very helpful, some even speaks a few languages other than japanese. Hotel is also close to a 24 hour supermarket where you can buy your own food or drinks if you want to late at night. Also offers a spectacular view from the top of the building. The elevator is fast as heck. Love it. Beats the 5 star hotels, with the speed of their elevator. My room was also quite big, compared to usual japanese hotels. I could open my 22inch luggage and not bump against it while i walk past. Pretty sure bigger luggages could also fit. Will definitely return again.

Tables were a bit cramped and due to the hotel taking in tour guests, it gets a little crowded and loud during night time. Some of the guests even hogged the top floor garden of the view. Didn’t get to stay there for too long as they were very noisy.

I loved the events in the evening that was different each night. The free ramen was different each night as well. The location was great with a 2 minute walk to the nearest station and just across the street to the Tower. Just about a 25 minute walk to the Dontoburi area. The private onsen was nice way to relax at night. and great price. highly recommend this place.

I wish there was more access to the stairs because at night, the elevator can have a wait time but overall, nothing to truly complain about.
