Price, love the local and cheap restaurants nearby, friendly staff, convenience of a kitchen, individually controlled air-conditioning system, cool to have a record player in the room. Good water pressure for shower. Got 2 supermarkets nearby within 10 mins walk but the one beside the station has way more items and choices.

Room is a bit too dark for my liking, no scenery so dont expect one, beds are really small for foreigners, anyone can access the elevator without an access card, 10 mins walk from/to the bentencho train station so if you have heavy shopping bags or luggage then......

Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. Really loved the thoughtful curation of the decor and record player theme. The lobby area was inviting and was also a space where local artists exhibit their work which was very cool to see! Super chill vibes and a great space to have a chat with fellow guests and listen to music. This place would be the digital nomads dream! The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange baggage delivery service to our next stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Bentencho station through a quiet neighbourhood. A few different konbini options nearby which is great. I will definitely be coming back here, and to top it all off, it was very affordable.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and felt very comfortable. The staff is very young, extremely friendly and accommodating. My room was big enough and was cleaned every 3 days, which I think is sufficient. I didn't use the record player in the room but it was nice to see one again. The Hotel SHE is not in the center and to get to the sights you have to take the metro. But there is a metro station just 10 minutes away on foot. 3 stops to Nambra and you are already in the middle of the action. There are lots of small shops nearby, just 2-3 minutes away. Almost around the corner. There is a large shopping center at the metro station and there is also a Burger King there if you are hungry in a hurry. There are also a few other small shops and trash cans there. These are often very rare. You can also get your laundry done. 300 for the laundry, 100 for the dryer. So if you don't mind staying somewhere not quite so central but good and cheap, this is the place for you.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The atmosphere was charming, and the gramophone in my room was a nice touch that added character. The staff were always friendly and ready to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to others.

The room was cosy, typical for Japan, but it felt a bit small. The air conditioning was right above our bed, so it got a little chilly at times. I picked this hotel mainly because of its great price, and I didn’t think much about the location. It turned out to be quite a distance from the station, so we had a bit of travel to reach the main attractions and the Shinkansen station. The only real disappointment was breakfast; for the price, there was hardly anything served. You would be better off going to the local 7-Eleven.

Was very close to universal studios and easily reachable by taxi and metro. Staff were really friendly and explained everything we needed to know . Breakfast was yummy as well but might have gotten old after a couple days as there was only 2 options. A smart looking hotel and the vynls were fun to use as well !

There were hairs in the bathroom floor and dirty tissue in the corner of the room from where the bin had been emptied. Nothing too dramatic though and it didn't happer our stay. I would also mention the duvet we had, had slits on both ends where the inside duvet was exposed, as expected it was brown coloured from being in use but the fact it was exposed near my face was not the best. I'm not sure what the holes were for as they seemed sewn into the duvet covers. Other than that though it was a good stay and I would still recommend it for the vibes and pleasant staff.

Amazing hotel in Osaka. Easy 10 min walk from Bentencho station, which is the closest station. Close to USJ. We loved the vibe and concept of this hotel. Over everything, the staff was the best part of our stay. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Kent, the manager, spoke fantastic English and was really so helpful during our stay. We spoke with him a lot about nearby areas and he had great recommendations. They have a nice alcohol ticket system in the early evening that gives you all-you-can-drink wine for a cheap price. We loved staying here and the price was really reasonable. Will absolutely be back.

The staff are super relaxed and friendly, as can be expected in Osaka. The room decor is unique with the teal walls, if you like darker styling you'll love the feel of the rooms. The record player in the room is a nice touch too, with two vinyl provided in the room and more available from reception. There was a social event on my first night there which I unfortunately didn't attend, but there were lots of young people there having fun and I saw other locals taking pictures outside, so it seems like a popular place if you want to interact with the locals, but it's also perfectly good for those who prefer quieter occasions.

Its about a 10 minute walk from the nearest station, which for a city as well connected as Osaka is a little far. The nearest station is on the Loop line and chuou line though, which are good lines for reaching popular attractions in Osaka.

Good location, close to the metro. You can walk to the Main Street, about 2 miles or so away. Breakfast was nice, although the same each morning, enough to get you going for the day. Record player in the room was a nice touch. Drinks and food available in the lobby.

Room was very small, only stayed two nights but no where to empty your bag, or to keep them, you had to take it in turns to get ready! Food and drinks in lobby were good, although a little expensive compared to else where.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful if you need any information as a tourist. The room had a great atmosphere and we liked the feature with the record player. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom has everything you need, including amenities like Shampoo but also face cleanser, moisturizer and body milk, tooth brush...basically you could come without any hygiene/cosmetic products and you are still covered. The room was really quiet as well. Location is close to Bentencho Station, which is connected to the Loop line as well as the Metro, making travel really convenient, direct connection from and to KIX.

The only thing would be that there was not much space to put luggage in the room, possibly it would be better to remove the Couch to have some additional space for suitcases and maybe a wardrobe to put some clothes. We ended up using the Couch as storage space anyways.
