1. Staff very attentive, they still remember my 2months ago request for ground floor. 2. Proper luggage storage with individual lock and also locker with padlock. 3. Female make up room with 4-5 cubicle, hair dryer, chair and mirror, curtain changing corner. 4. Big kitchen with 3 big sinks 3 stoves, 2 fridge, cutlery. Free tea in kitchen. 5. Big Hall with sofas, chairs, tables. Many charging points. 6. Clothes hanging area outside at patio to sun my wet clothes. 7. Seeing the staff wipe and clean the shoes rack, which other places very dusty and stinks. 8. Only one train stop to Universal city station. Great location to USJ. 9. Very clean, my boys love this place and wishes to stay one more night.

1. No lighting for individual bed bunk.

Very near universal studios. Even so this was a dorm, Every bed had more space to put stuff so it was very big and spacious. I wish every dorm room was like this. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed. There is no elevator, but they did help me carry my suitcase up the stairs so I didn’t have to carry it on my own.

Because many come for universal Studios, lots of people wake up very early and go to sleep very late, which the dormitory very noisy all the time. Moreover, there was a line to shower at midnight because everybody came back from the park.

Kitchen available Nice staff Quiet area as residential Location is the best for going to universal studio which wasn t my case unfortunately. But close to metro station like 3/5 min away

Doing the bed when arriving after hours flying and walking around with your luggage and backpack is indeed not the best feeling but it's me just being picky

it was very close to Universal Studios Japan , which was the purpose of my trip. it was close to the train station and universal was 1 stop away, it's technically walking distance to universal but save your feet and energy for the actual Park.

Japanese style futon , while they aren't uncomfortable, after a long day at universal studios Japan it's not comfortable either, also no bath, only showers.

The room felt very clean and the staff on duty were always very polite and friendly. I asked one of the staff, Ken, for food recommendations in the area and he offered very helpful advice! They even have a collection of recommended places organised in a little folder for their guests! The staff could speak very fluent English and it felt like the vibe there was very positive and cheerful. Most guests here are also in their 20s or early 30s, so it felt like I was staying in a college dormitory, which brought back many good memories!

It does get a little bit noisy when there are people in the corridors, but that's not a problem if you draw the curtains on your unit. The curtains block out quite a good amount of noise. Although it is a short walk from the train station, there is no escalator down to the first floor, so you'll have to carry your luggage down the stairs before walking over to the hotel. That's just a minor inconvenience though, especially if you only have a small bag.

I enjoyed not only the comfort of having women only sections but also the ability to stay even after check out to use the facilities. It’s a great experience and amazing add on to you stay as it’s not something you see often

What I didn’t like as much was about the the facilities, but that I got an universal adapter from the staff but when I pugged it in, I had to remove the light cord/cable to be able to charge so I sat in the dark most of the time 🤣probably my own fault honestly

It was clean, the staff was very nice, very good price as long as you book 2 days in advance

The location is good if you want to go to universal studios and there is a train station near by but the place itself is in a residential area so not much to do nearby, also it might be people dependent but most people there didn’t speak English in my stay so it wasn’t a good place to meet people. Other than that it’s great.

Staff were friendly and flexible to our needs. Good location to access USJ on foot. Shower and bathroom facilities were clean and excellent. The convenience of the luggage room was definitely a plus.

It felt like the air conditioning facility must need the filter cleaning, the air coming in didn’t smell healthy.

Very nice and funny stuff, very spacious I like the vibe.

A little bit off the main attractions and the main places of Osaka except the universal studios, therefore you need to take two trains which are run by the JR railway company and are not included in the bus pass.

Cozy little nook in the suburb. I love the surrounding, layout, interior, facilities, and location. It was my very first time visiting Japan and man I was in awe with everything Osaka has to offer. Too bad I only stayed here for one night as I needed to go to Kyoto. Def will go back to Osaka and find my happy place in J-Hoppers. Arigato :)
