Location to eateries and the well known Shinsekai, mini-mart (Lawsons: lots of goodies for breakfast, lunch and snack) and 9 min. walk to JR station and about 5 min to a non JR station. Easy access to supplies (ie. towels, robes, toothbrush, coffee/tea, steam iron) needed in lobby. Overall, room and bathroom was clean except there was little hairs stuck on the wall by the full length mirror (this is very minor). We were a family of 4, comfortable sleep for 3 as the chairs converted into a single bed was very hard and uncomfortable for one of my daughters. Space is limited for 4 but we managed and made it work. Washer worked good but too long to dry in the shower area. FYI noticed a laundry facility nearby corner going towards Lawsons mini mart as an option to wash and dry clothes. Was not able to use the laundry facility as I discovered only towards end of our stay.

The location offers a view of the Osaka Tower from the balcony. It is within walking distance to the train station and tourist spots.

The room was spacious and we love having two separate bedrooms for 3 of us. I love the bathroom has the drying function, so the laundry could be freshly dry overnight. The hotel has all you need for your travel and the office is easily accessible on the ground floor.

As a (former) local, the location is a bit depressing, no matter how close the hotel is to the center. We took a wrong corner on the way back from the station and a half naked man was peeing in the train track:( (note: you will not see this kind of antisocial behaviors in Japan outside this area. This area is known to be “special”) so be ready for any surprise and note that what you encounter in the area is most likely not normal in Japan.

The customer service was very helpful and accomodating and responds promptly. Room size was decent to open and store our luggages. It is near Shinsekai, a place for late night dining and walking, which we unfortunately discovered at the rear leg of our trip. It is near train/metro stations which connects directly to major tourist spots. We had a bed for everybody (family of 4) which is great. They facilitated our luggage being sent to the airport which was the best part since it was one of our biggest worry. The price was so reasonable and hence gives you value for the money.

Was awesome to stay here. there are several different subway/railway connections in less then 5 minute walk away- we had easy connections to Osaka Central station, Nara, Himeji, Kyoto. The apartment was clean and with the lift easy to get to. There are 2 coin laundrys right arround the corner and a washing mashine in the apartment (since we were 4 people we were going to the coin laundry, 1h 10min cleaned and dried for about 1100yen). The vicinity looks little bit on the older side but the hotel itself is modern and clean. There also is a Don Quijote nearby as well as a lively "mini Dotonbori" arround Tsutenkaku as well Dotonbori itself only beeing 1 Station or 30min by foot away.

For myself, one of the mattress was to soft, everything else was awesome

There is no physical key, everything is done through keypads. It is centrally located in the centre of Osaka. All the main landmarks are a few kilometres away. It is possible to walk to the main centres from the property, The bathroom is very sophisticated, there is an option to dry the clothes with the advanced exhaust system. There are two air conditioners in the flat.

The rooms are rather small. The fourth bed provided is not a real bed. It can be noisy at night. The curtains cannot block all the light The toilet is placed next to the bathroom. The elevator was smelly.

Supplies (towels, tea, sugar, toothbrush etc) can easily be collected and disposed at the ground floor. Near a few train stations and a lot of attractions. Shinsekai, Tsutenkaki, Tennoji Zoo and more are walking distance or one short train ride away. Nice view of Tsutenkaku tower, a lot of food places there.

Size of the room is rather tiny especially if you have more than 1 luggage with you. One room is bigger however the 2nd room is wayyyy too small for a queen sized bed. this is my only issue but everything else was great and worth the price i paid for.

We had a fantastic stay at Montana Flat! The apartment was clean, neat and tidy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring city with great restaurants and attractions within walking distance and train stations were within walking distance. We took Nankai Airport Rapid from KiX to Shin-imamiya station and followed the host's direction to the apartment easily. Host was very accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Apartment was very well equipped. We can even borrow a hot-pot for our own Wagyu Shabu Shabu and all the other nice fresh ingredients purchased from Kuromon Market. Overall, a wonderful experience for the 4 of us - we would definitely recommend Montana Flat to anyone visiting Osaka and would also love to stay in this apartment again!"

We are family of 4. 2 adults and 2 teens. We bring 1 medium suitcase & 1 cabin suitcase and we send 2 big suitcases from Tokyo to Montana Flat Yebisu through Yamato. Montana has office at ground floor so they would be able to accept suitcases delivery and/or arrange Yamato to pick up. So helpful! ❤️ When we arrived, the room was cleaned and ready for us and even they delivered our suitcases to the room. Check in process was quick and easy, the person in charge send us instructions how to use the password doors and explained the cleaning rules (no cleaning or changing bedding until the 4th night), and the rest are by request or can be borrowed from their office. *Be warned:* We stayed in one of the 5th floor room, and the room is small (really small). Although 4 of us able to manage and maneuver how we walk, sit together, and open the suitcases, they were do require some strategies and planning. This room would be comfortable enough for 2 or 3 person max (and less suitcases would be better!). This room feel little bit better after we sent out our big suitcases to airport 🤭 What we like from this place are: 1. Very close to Shin-Imamiya & Dobutsuen Mae station. 2. Very close to mega Donki place 3. Plenty of convenience stores & places to eat. 4. Walking distance to Shinsekai & DenDen Town. 5. The room has a small balcony with exacting Tsutenkaku view in between of 2 buildings across. 6. Washing machine, laundry liquid, pole to dry clothes and drying system in the bathroom make everything easier. 7. They provide simple cleaning necessities & bags for recycling and you can borrow pocket wifi for free. 8. The person in charge in the office really helpful, he helped us to book taxi, and arrange Yamato to sending our luggage to Airport.

Everything! We lovedddd this apartment so much!!! It was so clean and rich with aminities. The people were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place especially for families with young kids. We fell in love with the option to dry your laundry in the shower. Amazing! And how lucky to stay in such a popular Shinsekai neighborhood and watch the Tsutenkaku Tower from your window.

There’s a rail track nearby but luckily the bedroom is on the other side so it’s not disturbing at all. There’s one little train that passes by every hour or so, so it’s not a lot of noise. But it is important to mention for people who are highly sensitive.
