Very accessible to everything by foot - Dotonbori, Nara train & bus station, shopping malls, restaurant and convenient store. They will give you fresh towel everyday, staff are nice and professional, beds are comfortable with clean sheets. Just in front of the hotel have an underground stairs that leads you to more shopping, foods and coffee shops and connected to Nara, Dotonbori, etc. Its very safe to walk around. Umbrella is provided on rainy days. Excellent place.

Not much of concern on a very compact room without much room for bigger luggage and not much space to move around. But its not an issue. Suggestion: should have at least a lounge at the lobby where guests could wait/rest.

Staff very kind, great position, clear information is provide by the stadd. It's possible to drop the luggage esaily, the structure is well-mantained, staff is available for any enquiry. The hotel is near combini, restaurants and bars.

Room are not very large, but it's normal for Japanese Hotel and, anyway it was sufficient for a solo traveller

Centrally located near Nagahoribashi and Shinsaibashi stations with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Hayakawa-san from the front desk was very helpful and pleasant in assisting us to recover our bag that we forgot in the overnight bus from Tokyo. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff who were all so very kind as well. We opted not to get our room cleaned but they still left clean towels and bottled water for us.

The rooms are small as expected. Finding a space to reorganize luggage was a bit difficult. No option for early check-in even if we were willing to pay extra.

Location of the facility was perfect, very central and a walking distance from the centre of Dotonbori. The hotel is extremely big and has +20 floors. At first, we were given a smoking room that we had previously chosen by mistake and staff provided to kindly change it for us for a small extra fee. Room was clean. Value for money was more than good.

Room was very small, however, it is a standard procedure for Japanese hotels. The rest was simply perfect, nothing to say.

Great location!!! Locate at Nagahoribashi subway station with accessable to underground shopping street which connect to Shinsaibashi walking street. Walkable to all iconic area. Comfy bed and have all necessary things that you need with reasonable price. No breakfast but have microwave oven available at 1st floor. You can leave luggage at the hotel before check-in and after checked out.

The place where the hotel located is excellent. I found the room is bit smaller but well the bed is sufficient for a family of three including my one year old daughter.

The staff said while check in that i will get complimentary watter bottles from next day from my check in date onwards only. But i havenot received any watter bottles during my three days stay. This is not a complaint though. Better they should have not offer something for free.

It was centrally located. The Shinsaibashi shopping mall was 10min walk. The subway is literally out the front door. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Wifi was terrible. Was great in the lobby but in the room. But really wasn’t a huge deal and really was a small thing over all

Perfect location. Right outside of the underground mall area and only a 20 minute walk to Dotonbori. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Small room as expected for Japan, but had everything we needed! Free umbrellas to use during rain was also really nice

Internet wasn't the greatest and cut in and out. Bed also wasn't the most comfortable

staff speaks english fluently, clean room, wifi is good, vending machine was a couple doors down from my room, location is close to all the shopping streets so it is an easy walk, lawson right 1 block away,
