Location was good. Central to Shinsaibashi shopping, Dotonburi food street and subways. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. They had a secured room to hold luggage. We booked 2 rooms and they were next door to each other.

The lighting in the hotel and rooms were too dark. I actually lost a contact in the bathroom because there wasn’t enough lighting. The wifi was weak.

Hotel review. Decent breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Bonus free cocktail available the night before upon pre-booking of breakfast. Convenient location.One street walk to Shinsaibashi suji. 7-11 and Family Mart available across hotel. Nagahoribashi subway station is a 5min walk away. Having laundry machines was convenient. If occupied machines with completed laundry runs were not picked up on time or left unattended, Front desk personnel can be asked to pick it up. Loved that they provided pajamas. Beds were firm but comfortable.

Our air conditioning unit would turn off middle of the night and take time for cooling. Staff were helpful to address our concerns. Breakfast selection could be improved. Variety could be changed. Pretty much the same offerings daily save for 3-5 dishes (macaroni salad swapped for potato salad, chinese meatballs for karaage, grilled mackarel for salmon, caramel croissant for pain au chocolat)

Excellent location and friendly staff that spoke English well enough to both help us with dropping off and forwarding our luggage and with a question we had with our initial room where the ventilation fan from the bathroom was rattling the ducts inside the walls of the room, making a really loud sound that made sleep difficult. However we brought that to the front desk and they moved us to a nearby room which didn't have this issue. The rooms are definitely on the smaller size, we were unable to open our suitcases fully in the walking spaces and had to move them to the beds to get things in and out. The location is excellent though, being a short walk from the Shinsaibashi-suji shopping area.

My baby got sick on our arrival and I asked the staff if we can check in earlier and without hesitation, they obliged. During midnight, they helped us call our insurance company and called for an ambulance. The staffs were all very helpful translating and would even go the extra mile to accompany us to the hospital. Location was close to the train stations and about 5 minute walk to Shinsaibashi area which was excellent. There is a konbini right in front of the hotel and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small but bearable. Will definitely go back because of their service.

It was the best hotel during our 20+ days stay in Japan. The room was nice and quiet, the coffee provided was great, comfy PJs and towels, and walkable distance for many attractions. They also stored our luggage for free for a few hours after check out. There is a subway entrance 2 blocks from the hotel and 3 convenience stores across the street to buy food for breakfast if you want. There was no breakfast available in the hotel during our stay

Two minor improvements I would suggest. Some hotels have space under the bed to store the luggage, and this helps a lot to make it more comfortable. It is nice that they have laundry facilities, but they are slow and people leave their stuff and never come back for it. In another hotel there was a basket and if no one was there to pick their clothes, you put in the basket to be able to use the machine. We actually gave up and went to a coin laundry 500m from the hotel to have both our clothes clean in 60min.

The hotel staff was incredibly caring and helpful. The design of the lobby is amazing.

In our first room the bathtub was leaking so with every shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded

Firstly the staff were amazing, always friendly saying hi as we went to and from the hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location within a couple of minutes walk of two important train lines to get you pretty much anywhere in Osaka without jumping between trains. The location for food and shopping is also amazing, it's just a couple of blocks from the Shinsaibashi mall and only a 10 min walk from both Dontouburi and Americamura so you can get your fill of food and shopping within just a short walk. There's also a family mart directly across the road.

The pillows are super uncomfortable but that's pretty common through Japan. Breakfast was very very average.

Staff were nice and welcoming and were able to help in English in most cases. Room was clean and amenities were sufficient. The room offered plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. The property is located very close to Dotonbori and the subway and train stations were close by as well. So moving around was easy. There was a family mart across the street which made getting snacks and drinks easy. If you opt for breakfast, it is served in the restaurant downstairs. Laundryroom was a big plus.

You can't leave air conditioner on in the room when you leave as it needs the keycard to be set in its slot to activate. The bathtub was tiny, but i didn't mind it too much. The ceiling was very low however, so it made it impossible for me to stand in the shower due to there being a step down in my room at least. (Look at picture) I am 185 cm, so I'm quite tall and way over the standard in Japan. So this didn't come as a surprise to me. Was able to shower very easily regardless of low roof and not being able to stand up straight. It was merely a inconvenience. Room size was very tiny. Not much room for setting things down. I am a very tidy and organized person so I was able to make it work.

One of the more spacious bathrooms we've had in Japan for hotels. There were more coin washing and drying machines than average too, I think maybe 3 if I'm remembering correctly but we had bad luck with other people always using them. This amenities room also had a vending machine which was nice! The hotel itself was gorgeous and the room decorations were fine. They let us do early luggage drop-off which was a big help. Good location to walk to nearby tourist hubs.

The 1 bed 1 bath was pretty tight for 2 people, especially trying to move luggage around with a very narrow entry way to the room. Not terrible considering the price though!

The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are small but that's normal for Japan unless you're staying at a famous 5 star hotel. The staff are all helpful and accommodating. They speak english and are happy to assist anytime. They helped me send my luggage to my next hotel in Tokyo and they also provide umbrellas for rainy days. Location wise, it's a bit of a walk from Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi but I liked that about it. It's near the subway (Nagahoribashi) which is well connected and can take you to most places. Housekeeping is provided and even if you don't request it they leave a fresh set of towels and pajamas at your door daily.

The wifi was not working properly for all 5 days of my stay. It was especially weak at night.
