The room was very spacious and comfortable, this served our purpose for a 4 day stay in Osaka well. If you're booking for less than 4 people be warned about the photos and scroll through the whole album, the main photos with two storeys are for 8 people. However, the room was very spacious and it was a nice stay!

The check-in process includes a video call using the provided tablet to the owner, which might be concerning in the mid-night, although we did not came across any issues, and the owner is friendly. The location is convenient and is near to the metro station. And there is evaluator in the building. The room is very big and we can open our luggage without problems. There is also a balcony in the room. The room is well equipped, such as TV, microwave, induction cooker, water boiler, refrigerator, washing machine, cookset, air conditioning, WiFi etc. The room is clean enough for a night.

The only desk in the room is occupied by the TV, there could be more desk and chairs given the large size of the room. The washing machine is very noisy.

It’s very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. There’s a Korean restaurant nearby. Self-service check in and check out.

There’s a sofa but there’s no table in our room. it’s very far from Shin-Osaka and to many attractions in Osaka. It took us almost 2 hrs to reach the property. So we ended up using Uber and taxis everywhere we went because it’s so tiring to walk many kilometers and climb up many stairs inside the train station. Ideal location if you’re looking for a peace & quiet stay and when you’re not in a hurry.

Great size room and having the washing machine was a great bonus

The lack of tables next to the beds was a little annoying not being able to have your phone charging next to you and it was great having the washing machine in the room but there wasn't anywhere to dry your clothes

Location, large room, efficent service, and clean! It's walking distance from a metro station, and there are many place to eat including very nice cafe for breakfast and izakaya for dinner. The check-in was smooth with remote correspondence. The amenity was enough and nothing lack. It was amazing stay.

Good location, about 10min walk to closest metro station. Quieter area which was nice. Rooms were very big and spacious!

The couch was tiny, just two little chairs pushed together with a sheet draped over it.

Clean rooms and ease of access. Really liked that smoking was available outside of the rooms and that I didn't have to walk too far to do so. The location was close enough to two different train lines which was good!

The room was clean, and mostly got everything we need, its close to the station and convinience store as well.

It can be a littleeeee bit confusing (not so much) for elderly to check in since there is no staff present (u need to check in using the ipad) but if youre fine with technologies there should be no problem 😁

Excellent overall, very big and reasonably close to the station and the city centre.

Cleaning staff opening without warning when they shouldn't. Some light traces of soap and mold in the bathroom.
