I liked the space. It looks modern and is spacious. The location near to the station is a plus.

I didn’t like that the toilet was making noises all night. Also, you can hear the flushing and shower water from the upper apartment. The first night the people from the upper apartment started to make a lot of noises at 10 pm when they finished showering and doing everything they were doing, at 1 am, was when I finally could go to sleep. You can hear if they drop things, close doors, and the water from the exposed pipe.

We love that the size of the room is big and the location is very convenient since it was near the train station. A big plus is that there are a lot of food choices within the area too.

We have two rooms, the other room I think needed aircon cleaning as the temperature was not reaching its desired coldness so my son's didn't make use of the blanket. But it's all good other than that :)

The room was very comfortable, and the host and staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They promptly addressed all my inquiries and made the check-in process seamless. The location was also highly convenient, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There was some noise from the air conditioner during my stay, but the staff were very responsive and promptly provided helpful suggestions to address the issue.

The place was very clean, modern, spacious, good location (metro station close to the accommodation), convenience store 1min away. There was a slight smell in the bathroom but the staff supported us with extra cleaning the first day and we could not have better stay afterwards. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. The place exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.

Recommend curtains or blinds on the kitchen window, not fun being woken up by bright lights that come through that window when you’re on vacation.

Very nice location, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The beds were I believe the comfiest we had during our stay in Japan! Also very clean, we would definitely stay again!

It can get quite cold in the rooms and it takes a while for the room to be heated, but if you know this, you can take it into account in your planning (we started the heating 20 mins before actually waking up ;))

The room was in reasonable size, it had washing machine, drying racks and under wear drying racks too. All the home appliances were pretty good. It had a wardrobe where we could put our suitcases and hang jackets. There was a balcony for the drying racks so we were pretty happy. Quiet overall. They let us store our luggages in the room before check in time so that was nice.

It was colder than we expected. We went in Jan so Osaka was still quite cold. The room took a while to warm up. There was a drain smell at times from the bathroom. The vacuum in the room did not work. It needed a clean up.

Compact but complete with everything our family needed. I travelled with my daughter (18), son (10) and Mother (87). The place was equipped with kitchen essentials and laundry, a 24-hr 7-11 half a block away and 5 min walk to Tamatsukuri station (on the Osaka loop line), it fit us perfectly.

We arrived here from Tokyo, but since there is no staff, I had to send my luggage to a delivery service station (Yamato Kuroneko), which was about a 10 min walk. It would have been more convenient to send luggage directly to the property, but maybe having no staff is how the place is so affordable.

The location is very convenient. Very near the station and there were a lot of shops near the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and they provided accessories like disposable slippers, toothbrushes and also provided the very useful laundry facilities. There is space near the door for our luggages and our shoes. The kitchen is a bit small, but it had a complete set of plates, spoons and forks, as well as chopsticks. The hotel also provided guests with a book that illustrates on how to use the appliances in the room-- which is very helpful for us. There's an option for entertainment on their TV like Netflix apart from the local network.

The location is very accessible to train station, convenient stores, restaurant & coffee shops. Also it is in a very quiet neighborhood.

The general check in and check out should be 2 pm and 12 nn however the property has 4 pm and 10 am respectively which I think it will be more competitive in the market.
