1 Location: located on a main road (not a side street or back alleyway), 5 min walk to Osaka Castle, 1 min walk to Family Mart, 2 min walk to 7/11 (for withdrawing Japanese yen), 1 min walk to subway entrance (for transport) plus local eateries on both sides of the road in either direction for miles, Lots of foot traffic (cyclists included) and cars on both sides of the road well into the late night (safety and security) 2 Staff: professional, caring, helpful, hospitable, friendly, warm, and they have some good English speakers. 3 Price: vale for money (inexpensive), can’t be beaten on price and I was able to extend my stay for another 3 days 4 Cleaned everyday: not every 2nd or 3rd day but everyday (fresh linen, removal of waste, vacuumed, tidied) same time everyday. I would go out touring in the day, leave my key at the front desk come back to a clean, fresh room : ) 5 Functionality: great sized fridge it could hold a 1 litre milk standing up! Material headboard (which was warm on the back) comfortable bed and pillows, long desk (the width of the room-wall to wall) for all my belongings, no cues for the elevators and they were swift, working air con, working TV, microwave for heating up leftovers, no cues for the washing machine or dryer, cutest little iron and ironing board (on request), small bathroom but doable

The hotel is very near the metro train station exit (Exit 4), but use the other exit (Exit 1A) across the road if you're carrying luggage and need to use the lifts. Room was good sized and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. We liked that there were a lot of restaurants in the area.

We couldn't adjust the temperature for the air-con. It was hot during the first two nights that we had to request for our windows to be unlocked. I think a lot of guests complained that by the 3rd night the a/c was blasting cold air instead of hot.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. It was clean and staff very nice. The room is smaller than the European ones, but it didn't impact our stay.

There is a restaurant in the lobby, operated independently, and only open at certain times. The hotel is also located in an area with a lot of restaurants, izakayas, and café options. It is close to the entrance to the subway and to Osaka Castle. The staff are very nice and do try to communicate in English. You have access to a TV, an ensuite bathroom, kettle, hair dryer and Aircon. The hotel also gives you a complimentary green tea sachet. If you complete their survey, qr code found in the elevator, you get a free bottle of mineral water from the front desk - much needed in this heat!

On my last night, some male guests were extremely loud while talking and opening their hotel rooms. It was pass 11pm. It is not the hotel's fault that guests don't have common courtesy towards other people, but it would be nice if there were some sort of rule or something in place for loud disturbances after 10pm or something. The Aircon didn't look clean, and in this heat it was on constantly.

The staff is very helpful and some can speak english. The room is spacious (maybe because it was supposed to be room for 4 but there is only 3 of us). There is 2 old laundry machine and 1 new laundry machine and it usually empty. There is vending machine and microwave too. As everyone said, it's dated but there is netflix and youtube on the TV (which help us got entertained after a week watching japanese tv show and news cluelessly). It's near convenience store and also the subway (stairs). Also we fell in love with one of the crepe store near the hotel.

Despite the room is spacious, the bathroom is very cramped. There is no english explanation on how to use the old laundry machine (i was struggling for 10 minutes with google translate on my phone) but there is steps on how to use the new laundry machine. It's near the subway but it was lot of stairs so it's kind of difficult for us to bring our baggage and tiresome for my mother .

The breakfast menu needs improvement , more selection would be great.

- It's near the train stations and Osaka Castle. - They have specific dates for full room cleaning but on other days, they replace the towels and garbage bag. - They have coin laundry, vending machine, and microwave at 6th floor. - They also have luggage delivery (using Yamato(?)) to another hotel or airport.

- They don't have a ramp for heavy luggages. They only have stairs (with fewer steps) but it's still inconvenient for the guests with multiple luggages. - Staff is having a bit difficulty communicating in English.

I like how they clean the room everyday. Just basic cleaning and getting our trash. They do change the sheets on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay if I’m not mistaken. You can leave your keys in the lobby and just get it back when you return from going out. Lots of restaurants and convenience store in the area. The train station exit is just less than a minute walk from the hotel. If you have luggages you can take the exit across the street with elevator access. They also helped me fill out the form for my luggage forwarding and took care of it for me. My luggage arrived safely in my hotel in Tokyo. I already booked my room again with them for my next trip. :)

We had to bring our own toothbrush and other toiletries. There’s an extra cost if you get one from them since they are supporting environmental initiatives which is understandable.

The hotel was perfectly located, a couple of minutes walk from the nearest subway station, and about 10 mn from Osaka Castle. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and equipped with air con (which I didn't know we would so desperately need in the middle of July so that was an unexpected plus). Wifi available in the rooms with a good connection. Good quality breakfast, with a mix of Japanese and continental food. I would completely recommend

The only thing i found slightly annoying was the lack of space in the room. We had two big suitcases and had to climb over them to get from one end to the other. That said, compared to the overall quality of the stay, it is only a detail.

Location was very good, room is clean. Cold aircon was awesome. Close to railway, 7 elevens everywhere, heaps of nice restaurants around. Was really easy to get to our tours and universal from the location. The staff do their best to help you and communicate which was lovely. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Pillows were very hard my husband had a kinked neck and the room is small but that’s standard for Japan it didn’t bother us because we weren’t there during the day :D
