The location is excellent, and communication is timely and accurate. It is unstaffed and you receive the code for the front door and a second code for your room a few days before check-in. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable.

Difficult to find - they should edit their Google Maps listing. Here's how to get there: From Namba Parks cross the street to the McDonald's. Cross the small zebra crossing - if you see Hiyori Hotel you went on the wrong direction. You should Ippudo and Book Off next to each other, continue walking until you see a Family Mart. Turn left here. Yeah Room is on the side of the Family Mart, you will see stairs behind a door right next to a local restaurant. Check the photo below: To the left of the zebra crossing in the photo is the Family Mart and to the right leads to Book Off and Ippudo.

The location is perfect. Just a walking distance from Namba Station and most of the Osaka attractions like Dotombori. The size of the room is quite big for the Japanese standards. We felt like going home, since we didn't see any staff during the 3 nights we stayed there.

The directions to get to the hotel is not that clear for a foreigner. We struggled a bit to find the hotel and we found it we thought we wouldn't have a good experience, since the entrance is a small door with a paper sticked on the door with the name of the hotel printed in a home printer.

I liked that the area is accessible to Nankai station but the downside is that the place is not identifiable in Google maps so it took us hours to find the location. I would still choose this place if I know I will sleep over for a day or two with just a backpack.

It should have been strategically located near the Nankai Station but the area is difficult to find. Also, it is not advisable for travelers with huge luggage as there are no access to elevators. When review say that shower area is small, I thought it would be ok for Asian sizes - literally small because you cannot even hang your towels and clothes inside to dress up cause it will get wet! Think of it like a shower portalet :-) You need to step out of the shower area or pull a chair to hang your towel and clothes beside the shower door.

the location is pretty good for its price. the building is actually relatively quiet and room is clean and come equip with all basic necessities. no frill stay with optimal

the bathroom is indeed tiny and no space to hang your clothes, not even the towel. No hook in the toilet and bathroom, so i cannot say for sure if it is family friendly or buddy friendly since you need to figure out a way to as least bring in a toilet and have a "safe" place to put it.

Very clean and organized rooms. Location is excellent, since it’s only 5 minutes by walk from Namba station, which is one of the biggest of Osaka. Manu restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient. The shower is pretty nice, the arounds seemed very quiet.

The building and the room seemed a little old, but very clean and quiet. Another small drawback is that the towels were kinda thin, but did their job.

It was spacious compared to the hotels we’d stayed in - nice to spread out a little

Only issue was that we weren’t given instructions on how to get in/what to do once we arrived. Luckily, there was a very helpful employee that happened to be outside and got us instructions and helped us to our room.

There is a lot of space in the room for 1 person. The room is in a very good location, close to the station and to the main areas of the city. Additionally, the bed was really comfortable. You have your own microwave and fridge so you can eat in your room to save some money.

The table was too small. if you want to eat q meal in that table you are not going to be very comfortable. Also, it was not very clear where to put the trash.

The location is great, it just near to Nankai Namba station which the airport train will stop at this station. The property is walkable from the station, it only take 5mins walk. 1 min away to Family mart. Travelling to Shinsaibashisuji and Kuromon Ichiba market, just around 15mins, walkable distance. As usual no staircase so have to carry luggage. Overall experience is 5 stars.

It is easy access (e.g., walking distance) to tourist spots. Also, surrounded by restaurants.

The walls are a bit thin, I was afraid that the neighbours will complain about the noise (e.g., hairblower at 11pm) Also, we had a hard time, looking for the building.
