The bus from the airport stops at the hotel which is very convenient for us because of our heavy luggages. It is accessible in bus and train station and even the streetcar is just a block away. The breakfast has a variety of food of choices, though everyday is the same in our whole stay. Nonetheless it's good! The room is a bit cramped but manageable. We stayed at a twin bed room, i like the city view from our room. The onsen is good too and has free amenities.

I bought a coffee in the cafe inside the hotel for take out but I stayed at the at their couch, the staff in the cafe informed us to leave the premises inside the lounge because our coffee is for take out. That's absurd and inappropriate because the fact is we bought the coffee inside the cafe. Rude! Very rude!

Here’s an elaboration tailored to your style: "This hotel is in a great location, very close to the shopping area and Odori Avenue, where we enjoyed the beautiful New Year light show. We also had a wonderful time enjoying the buffet at the hotel. The breakfast buffet, which was included, offered high-quality and delicious meals. Of course, they also served good wine to complement the experience. The main dishes were quite impressive, The desserts seem to be a bit too simple in presentation. The hotel staff were attentive and provided prompt service

.Minor Communication Gaps, the hot spring requires an extra charge of 1,000 yen per guest. Unfortunately, I was not informed clearly that this fee covers the entire four-day stay. Because of this, I returned the hot spring card after only using it once, thinking I would be charged each time. A little more information about this would have been helpful.

The hotel was nice and clean. We had breakfast and the restaurant was not too crowded. They had reasonable selections, including western style and Japanese style. Room was clean. We could take a bus to Shinchitose airport outside the hotel.

The beds were a little too soft. Our back (my young daughter and myself) hurt after sleeping on the back. It was far to the Sapporo station or busy area by walking. They provide shuttle services but we were told the number of seats were limited, so we did not use.

Very nice club room, spacious and comfortable. Toilet is not in the bathroom, spacious bathroom and amenities. Personnel very helpful and taking good care of clients. The lounge had a good variety of juices in a fridge, including beer. The lounge was very nice very nice space with good views of the surroundings but not particularly cosy. The lounge person were extremely professional and nice.

Limited offerings in the club lounge, focusing mainly on salads in the evening, there was cheese but no bread, red wine could have been a little better.

Room with a view. The separately-paid for buffet breakfast and dinner. A really nice, trainee who speaks English and is very kind and helpful.

Not getting to know the guests well. We stayed for 6 nights and each evening we had to go through a routine of asking at the reception for our room pajamas and different staff reacted differently every evening. Food was great but so were the prices. Lobby was not exclusive and onsen was not good experience with some rude and vulgar tourists.

We use the hotel as a base as we can leave the luggage at the storage when we overnight in Otaru and Noboribetsu. The bus stops to those town are not far from the hotel. Hotel has scheduled shuttle bus to Sapporo station but i think only between 7:30am to 17:00. Going back to the airport, bus doesn’t stop at the hotel. The closest stop is around 15 min walk. Unless you can take the shuttle to Sapporo station, the stop is at the south exit . Lawson convenient store is just across the street

Room is very small for 3 beds. Hard to open the luggage

Beautiful hotel, the most beautiful view I got from a bedroom. Bedroom was quite big for Japan, so was the bathroom. Complimentary water and tea was given to us every time they cleaned the room. The location is great.

The only thing I thought was odd was the smell from the bathroom, sometimes it smelled bad (but tolerable). Another thing is that there something sticky on the rug (just a little part, not bothered at all). Other than that, excellent hotel.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is nice and clean, and the elevators are quite fast and efficient. The free shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station helped on our day trips to other locations as the hotel itself is a little far to walk from most tourist spots. Getting to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport was also quite convenient as the airport limousine bus has a stop right beside the hotel.

Nothing!

great location, has a hotel bus that can take you to sapporo station as well as pick you up. Is also a stopping point for buses heading to the ski fields! The concierge staff are all lovely and very helpful . Also the shampoo is GREAT! a weird thing to notice but my hair was very happy after that wash and dry (natural frizzball here).

My bathroom floor was VERY creaky! But not a deal breaker.
