The open lobby and kitchen areas were both well equipped, and both quite clean with a lot of access to soap and cleaning alcohol. The bedding was comfortable and the Wifi pretty good for streaming and downloading. The inside was also refreshingly cool, considering I visited in August.

It's a little walk from the nearest Sapporo Subway station, so if you have a lot of bags with you, you might want to consider getting a taxi to the location.

The location, showers and overall price were excellent! The staff was friendly and there was English paperwork available for me. I speak Japanese well enough but reading is difficult and always using a machine translator is embarrassing so having pre-translated forms was nice.

The pillows and matresses were rather stiff and the thin walls meant you could hear the neighboring dormitories as well. As a light sleeper this made it difficult to soundly sleep so I really only dozed in and out for several hours.

Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good lounge space on 3F and 10F. Self-service laundry (for a fee) on 10F. Space bed capsule with a small lockable compartment. Great kitchen available on 3F and 10F, but they serve breakfast on 3F in the morning and the kitchen there is closed during this time. Showers were clean but not really enough cubicles for when the hostel is full.

The lonely elevator that has to service 10 floors and always stops on 3F for security purpose. Can't change anything about that, so just be aware of this when considering to stay here. The only stairs available is for emergency use only. The dorm room is small and gets cluttered with luggages.

Central location, great common room + kitchen. The beds offered reasonable privacy (good curtains that also covered the light from the rest of the room). The other guests in the hostel were overall incredibly talkative which makes it easier to find new friends if you're up for it.

The hostel is located in the top 7 floors in a building with a total of 10 floors, yet they had only ONE small elevator (space for 4 people max). This was a daily annoyance since it could take up to 5 minutes to get from one floor to another. There was no stairwell available; they were outside the windiws and only to be used for emergencies. It's not the hostels fault, but my room was constantly cold (below 20°C), which was not very pleasant. Especially after visiting in the winter and spending days outside in cold weather. The room was equipped with a heater, but another guest in my room kept lowering the temperature at the same time as others tried to make it warmer.

The staff were very helpful during my stay. I spent a lot of my time in the shared facilities, and I liked that there were showers, sinks, and toilets on every floor but we were still allowed to use the top floor facilities late at night so that it wouldn't be a bother to the other guests staying in the floor.

The rooms were clean, but they were small. I had to put my luggage by the door, which meant that sometimes, the other guests would have to push it to get into the room. The locker space was also very small, but it wasn't a big issue because you could keep your luggage downstairs. Also, it must have been a booking mistake on my end because I slept in a room with men, so it was a bit uncomfortable passing by them.

I didn't expect to extend my stay because I initially planned to sleep in the airport while waiting for my early morning flight, but I ended up doing so. My stay was significantly better during my extension, for I slept in an all-girls room. It was my first time sleeping in a top bunk, but it was very comfortable. Only one pillow is given, but the duvet serves as a good pillow.

The space was still tight like the previous room, but I think I noticed this more because everyone in the room ( 6-8 guests during my stay) with me had luggages, compared to the previous room where only 2 or 3 of us had luggages. Despite this, I was still able to keep my things away to a spot where other guests wouldn't be bothered.

It was a great motel. the price was good and the staff were really helpful and nice. The common area was realizing. The futon cover was really nice to sleep in. Everything in common and my room was spotless Breakfast was creative and nice compared. Shower was really hot.

I’m my stay I got to feel the motel life on room 405. The room has a big radiator of some kind, and higher noise levels. Had to sleep with my headphones with sound canceling on. - wen I check out I got to peep in a 4 bunk room. and it’s seems so convenient if you’re alongside some more. - But my rom was a nice place to sleep and I got some sort of it.

The rooms were clean and the location was just around 10 mins walk from the centre of Susukino. The single bed rooms offer more comfort and privacy compared to capsule hotels and bunk beds.

There was only 1 elevator which meant that going in and out of the hostel was hectic and took long during peak hours. There were also not many showers and toilets on each floor, which meant if you did not want to wait you have to go to the 10th floor which is difficult during peak hours.

Check-in went OK

It was hard to sit up in bed without bumping your head when you moved around. There was extra ceiling space so it could’ve been taller. Also, I was told that my floor eight would be an all female floor, but I saw men in the hallway and families with men that was confusing, and not as stated. Also, breakfast would’ve been better as a buffet versus just given a plate of what was offered as I didn’t like some of the food, and would not have taken it.

Good sized capsule room with desk and locker (a higher level than the standard ones here), good sized lounge in the top level with free self service tea and coffee (I used it in the early early hours of the morning 4am and there was only one other person who was probably jet lagged), quiet location near central touristy area. Seemed a sociable place, although I don’t usually chat to other guests. Note: There is also another lounge area available on the check-in floor but is not open when the reception is not around (midnight to 7am), and showers are requested to be used on the top floor (rather than on the capsule room floors) after 10pm to ensure quiet rest.
