Hotel had everything we needed. Great location next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Onsen was nice. The tv even shows you how busy the onsen is. Also shows you if the washing machines and dryers are free. All the toiletries and teas are downstairs so just take them up to your room. Overall a good hotel with everything you need in a great location. Wifi was good.

Onsen was a little busy. We thought there was another lounge downstairs with microwave and vending machines but there was just reception area lobby chairs and then a business lounge we couldn't use. Reception staff asked us to use the check in machines but often these machines don't work for people booking with booking.com. We told them this but they probably didn't understand. Made us try anyway and then when it didn't work had to check us in manually anyway.

Linked to Tanukikoji shopping mall, it was an excellent location where you can just shop and return to your room when you’re tired. Walking distance to Odori park and many other attractions. Will stay here again.

Excellent location! We took the airport bus and it stopped near the hotel. We would even walk to Sapporo station or easily take a train/tram to everywhere in Sapporo. Onsen is so good after a long day of walking. Especially love their outdoor Onsen. Room is well maintained and clean. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we are to visit Sapporo again!

Clean and new; there’s a Onsen onsite which is quite nice; location is prime, you’re in the middle of the shopping district (tanuki koji) and there’s a airport bus station nearby

The room is quite small … you can barely walk if you have two big luggages

Location were fantastic near to the shopping area. We enjoyed the facilities provided. They also provide a locker area for temporary luggage storage. Check in and check out using machine its really convenient. The public bath is also great.

Check out time is 10am, we have to prepare for check out earlier.

I took airport bus to downtown. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Also it is next to the main shopping streets. Very convenient.

The room is kind of small. We had two big suitcases. After we opened the suitcases, there was not much space to walk.

So convenient, close to everything. Luggage service is amazing and can leave there with a lock without extra charge. Could see the snow ! I’d stay here again for the location, cleanliness and amazing service.

Need to be mindful is a small space but fits two luggage’s in the room.

Nice and clean hotel room, and very good size for 5 persons. Very value for money. There are eateries and convenient stores nearby, so very convenient.

It's along a busy street, so it's difficult to spot the hotel entrance and find convenient spot to park car and offload luggage as we drove. Hotel carpark also unable to cater for big cars, so have to park at another nearby carpark.

The location was absolutely fantastic! Just steps away from the bustling shopping strip below, it couldn't be more convenient. Plus, it was a stone's throw from the stunning Odori Park, making it the perfect spot to soak up the vibrant atmosphere!

Good location… easy access to shopping malls and train/bus stations. The best is no need to bring pyjamas during stay as the Hotel will provide pyjamas and will replace it everyday just like a towel.

The size of the room is small.. cant even open the baggage on floor
