Spacious, extremely clean and well-kept and equipped. Well-stocked with good amenities; I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom had POLA-brand shampoo and conditioner.

The lighting in the entrance hall was motion-activated type with very short activation span, and could not keep it on unless you were constantly moving around. If I dressed myself without making big movements, it just went off and I had to move just to turn it back on for a bit longer. The lift was so small and could not accommodate more than 3 averaged-sized Asian adults. Because we were a family of 4, one of us always had to take the stairs.

My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful, spacious apartment for 2 nights in Shizuoka. The room was clean, well equipped with a washing machine, microwave, kettle, and fridge. There were also plenty of towels and toiletries. The location is tucked away in a quiet area, with an automatic self check in and out facility set up. We arrived slightly early and were lucky to be allowed in our room, as the cleaning had been done. On check out, we were grateful to leave our heavy suitcases in the sister hotel, which is actually nearer the station, whilst we explored Shizuoka for the last time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back to stay in the future.

Nothing major, just be aware that there is no view from the little balcony and the automatic light in the entrance hall is on a short timer.. Neither of these factors affected our lovely short stay.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Washing machine available for personal use. Functional bathroom equipped with really useful drying option.

We got the first room on the ground floor, right next to the entrance as well as the elevator- automatically it was more noisy than normally during our stay in Japan. But thankfully it was not a problem during the night. There was only one shaded window in the room, which did not bring a lot of light inside, due to that room felt a bit like a basement.

Staff is very helpful. He came up around 10pm when we had question and he successfully resolved the problem. The room is clean and the clothes included are excellent. The washing and dryer machine is very useful too.

It is not clear how to enter the hotel. Email should be sent instead of relying on the booking.com apps. My booking.com apps does not have message box function and I did not receive any information about the hotel other than the pin code and reservation code in the email. Check out time is 10am when we only entered into the hotel after 10pm.

The price is really good while the interior is extensive and fine! That's some surprise from living in a small city. This is like the largest hotel room I've slept during my trip in Japan.

The lights work in a weird logic. One has to figure out for a while. The bathroom and the toilet are separated, which is great; but the sink is in the bathroom somehow. I think it is supposed to be beside the toilet.

The space, it is very convenient for me family. It is also quiet and it is a great spot ! The staff was very kind ! They gave us umbrellas when it was raining and always cared about the amenities in the apartment!

Some of the automatic lights switched off too soon. No light by the refrigerator/pantry. Elevator is kinda slow (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

Spacious and not much noise from the street. Reasonably close to the train station, very close to the castle grounds and various shopping places. Dark curtains. Low hassle self checkin. Quick responses via booking messages.

One night the neighbours above started doing who knows what between 2 and 3 am (sounded like moving furniture or something like that), and the noise was very bothersome. Weird lighting setup, not sure I found out how to switch all the lights.

The host will clean the room every 3 days,well preparing everything we need.The location of hotel is convenient and near to the JR,many restaurants and convenient shop.The bed is soft and the TV is 4K and big to watch!My frd and I are enjoying living in the hotel.

The pillow is quite hard for us,I hope there are more soft pillow the host can provide.

On a quiet street with self-check in. Rooms were larger than we had elsewhere in Japan and came equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A separate bedroom and small lounge was great for having a meal in. Would definitely stay here again.
