It is great proximity to the subway and close to the Kabukicho area but not to close you hear it. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the staff were kind on check in and check out

Found the shower area to be very dirty, especially the shower area. Looking on the walls you could see they never clean it, you could also see pink bacteria in the corners and around the soap dispensers.

The staff was very nice and very helpful.

The room had an odd smell and it was very small and uncomfortable, not a place to have lots of bags. But in Japan it seems that everywhere is very small and they usually do not carry family rooms. The curtains in the bathroom was very stinky and you can notice Mold around the soap holder which was gross to me. Other than that I bought some cleaning supplies and did my own cleaning but it’s in a great location. The staff are wonderful. Small details but it was a good stay in all.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. The hotel is right next to the Metro, across the road from Mc Donald's and Convince Stores which can be helpful after a long day of exploring! Also a lovely cafe just downstairs. I like we had a little Fridge and Kettle in the room, I even ended up wearing the rooms Pj's and slippers. It was also my first experience with a heated toilet seat which was amusing. There is a washer and dryer on one floor and some Vending machines and ice on another floor. I was so anxious for my first trip to Japan but honestly staying here was just perfect for our needs and such good value for money. The area is Shinjuku which people said wasn't a nice area but we went wandering at night as 2 females and felt completely safe at all times. We slept so well and the rooms are nice a quiet.

The room is a little cramped if you are not organised, but it's no big deal.

The price is good, the building supplies a lot of services, and is located in a good place

We booked an extra nights accommodation through Agoda at E-hotel and were billed for it and given a confirmation email…BUT then we were told our booking was not on the computer so we had no booking! We asked the desk staff 3 times what to do and we were given NO help. As we left we asked a fourth time what to do and a staff member dialled up the hotel IT guy and he fixed the issue in 10 minutes. It seems our Agoda booking numbers did not match the hotels booking number. So we got an extra nights accommodation and all was well. WHY didn’t some do that to help us before???

The location is fantastic! It is right next door to a subway stop, and there are tons of excellent food, shopping and attractions all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. The room was clean, everything was functioning as it should and we loved being able to open the window for fresh air. The room had a small refrigerator and tea kettle. Zero problems with the wifi and I was able to work as needed.

The room was quite small, but it is typical for the area. Pack lightly and/or be very organized and you'll be fine. There is a fire or ambulance service on the same road, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for an interior room, or at least one on the higher levels.

Friendly staff and brilliant location which was close to the Shinjuku nightlife without being in the middle of it so still quiet to feel safe and get to sleep. The options for towel and bedding change were also very helping, giving options for fresh bottled water and towels at reception even if you have “Do Not Disturb” on the door.

The room was a bit tired. The place where you hang the shower head was barely held to the wall with the last remaining screw and was like this in both locations. Very limited floor space if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location and less than 5 minutes to Shinjuku central areas and same for Shin-Okubo, which is essentially Korea town. Check in and out process was quick. The facilities were good if you're there for short stay.

The hotel investors should spend more money on the renovation. Some parts of facilities are quite such as flooring, bathroom and technology. The TV should be updated, it looks more like a computer screen. The elevator technology should be updated to only allow guests. It can be dangerous for guests if anyone can use the lifts. Especially women and children.

Less busy part of Shinjuku but also conveniently near (walking and/or 1 train station away) from the busy areas of Shinjuku.

If you are a light sleeper, you would be bothered by the ambulance and fire trucks passing by at night. Our family isn’t so this is okay for us.

the location and staff were great and there are a lot of restaurants around, 7/11, mcdonalds, tullys cafe with good coffee, there is a station right next door, and nosie wasnt a problem.

I know hotel rooms in Tokyo are small but this was definitely a bit small for two people. If the person you are traveling with is somebody you’re not too close with just know the restroom is inconveniently located right next to the bed and there’s really no where to go lol but I would not mind the size if it was just myself.

The room was clean and neat. There is a mini fridge and complimentary water. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very good. 10-minute walk from the main Shinjuku station. Around 15 min walk from the Gozilla street. Literally 5 sec from the hotel, there is a metro station. You have to go to the correct exit, though :) On the other side of the street, there is 7eleven and a few restaurants. Downstairs there is a very nice café. Perfect for a morning coffee.

The room is small. I had to put my luggage on the bed. For one person is enough, though. Anyways, you don't spend a lot of time in your hotel room. I'm not sure how two people would feel there, though. Definitely, there is no space for two big luggages.
