I like EVERYTHING about it! The staff there is wonderful! One of the main reasons why I will come back to the hotel and EVEN JAPAN! they’re just amazing and the facilities are just as good! Everything is so clean, well organised, just perfect! I arrived from my flight at almost 3 am and there was someone waiting for me, he helped me with my luggage, prepared some slippers for me, and told me we could do the paper work in the morning, that I should just rest first after a long flight. The bathrooms are SO CLEAN! honestly everything about this place is perfect! I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect. Service was amazing. Before even ariving to WAGOKORO, we got message with how to get to them, which helped us a lot. The moment we came into the hotel, we got help with our suitcases and were greeting with very nice staff. Everything was explained to us, we had option to make iced coffee, tea. Room was nice and clean (a bit smaller, but that was expected). Everyday we got cleaning service, staff was very helpful, we got recommendations for nearest restaurants and they even made a reservation for us, because in restaurant they weren't speaking English! We also got recommendations for festivals, that we visited thanks to them. The location is very nice and calm, close to it there is washing machines, that you can use. 7-eleven or FamilyMart was also close and opened 24/7. Train was away like 8 minutes, so it was very close.This hotel is the best hotel I've ever been to. Staff was amazing and they did they job exceptionally well. Will come again! Thank you!

Staff or maybe the owners as (we think it's a family business) are the best, they take hospitality in a whole new level. They are just the best! friendliest and always willing to help out to make your stay the best and comfortable. The location is great few minutes walk to Jr Station. Neighborhood is really peaceful and quiet. Very clean hostel :) Free drinking water and has a laundrymat nearby. They assisted me in sending out my luggage in Osaka and even paid for it first. I paid them back when I arrived at the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the futons were very comfortable. Many amenities such as fridge, hot water and even coffee was provided. The rooms were cleaned and tidied everyday as well to come back to a pleasant room. The location of the hotel is also very convenient being very near Nippori Station as well as a very short walk to a 24 Hr coin laundry. The neighbourhood where the hotel is at is also very quiet and peaceful. The hotel also requires the key to enter after 11pm so there is no worries for safety. The staff were the nicest bunch of people ever and they were always providing help for me and my friends during our stay. They took initiative to see what we needed assistance with and also extending their courtesy beyond what was required. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved everything about my stay at the Guest House. I had high expectations after reading the previous guests' comments, but it was even better than expected! First, the staff is lovely and very welcoming. The room was absolutely fantastic, with a beautiful pistachio tatami on the floor and excellent storage options for the luggage. I found the common spaces very convenient. The location is also perfect and a great way to discover the more residential side of Tokyo. Good running routes around as well. Would happily come back!

very nice and helpful front desk. Clean room, provides almost everything you need. They have a shared kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and hot water pot. They also provides slippers. A self-service laundry is right across the street.

I used to stay in mimaru kinshicho, and comparing to that one, its location is not that convenient. You will need to walk for half a mile to reach restaurants and JR station. Google map behaves weird here and may point you through an unnecessarily long route, it is OK for adults but not that friendly to families with small children.

We booked this guesthouse in the Nippori neighbourhood by chance and found it very cute. Nippori is away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre and gives more of a traditional vibe. Needless to mention the cleanless of the streets and how polite everybody was. The staff was super friendly, always available and greeted us with extreme kindness. The communal dining area had everything and was available to use at any time. If you don't feel like eating out every night, you can buy food and eat it there. Although the bathroom was tiny the room was of a decent size and super clean. There's a bakery within 2 mins walk which was amazing for breakfast. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. Our first stop in Japan and it was wonderful. The staff are so helpful and friendly. So many little thoughtful personal touches to make your stay comfortable. Fab bakery nearby and a laundromat and 7//11 just around the corner. Easy walk to Nippori station and not difficult to get to from Haneda Airport. Highly recommend staying here.

The step up into the bathroom was quite high, but having said that, we adapted and quickly got used to it. A handle for support would have been helpful. More of an issue perhaps for older people or those with mobility issues. Helpful to be aware of.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this modern guest house. Clean, tidy and spacious enough for 4 adults. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable making recommendations of notable places in the area. There is a shared space for guests where you can lounge if you wish, kitchen facilities for reheating meals, water dispenser and ice at the ready which was truly appreciated given the warm weather. The guest house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Nippori which makes you feel like you are among the locals. There is a grocery several blocks away and a highly rated bakery nearby. Nippori station is about 10 mins on foot.

The location is a walking-distance to Nappori station, around 10 minutes through a peaceful neighbourhood. Can take a train from and to Narita airport from this station which makes it extra convenient. There are supermarket and convenience stores nearby, also walking-distance. Quite and peaceful place. Very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff speak english well, and are super friendly and very helpful 👍👍👍👍👍

The only thing is the small space inside the room. There were 3 of us, so the space to open our luggage bags was quite limited, but was still manageable. Anyhow, it was worth the money, and is not something to complain about.
