Really near the station less than 5 min walk and the Mikawashima station has a direct express train to Narita airport. Good price for the room size and cleanliness although the facade and staff service seem a little dubious.

The building facade in actual looks quite run down and nothing much around. There is no default daily clean up service and they require manual contact with the receptionist to request for room clean up on that day itself so it's a hassle.

We loved Nagomi !! The location was perfect with both transport links and food locations nearby. The room was massive, allowing us plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the facilities. The view of Tokyo Skytree was nice at night from the living space window. The TV is smartphone enabled so we coudl watch UK movies as a family through streaming. The bathroom was the largest we experienced in japan and came with all the goodies jaapn has to offer.

The only drawback for us was the kids' sleeping mats. Having been used to beds for 90% of their lives, sleeping on futons wasn't ideal. However, this was on us as it was something new.

Hotel is located very close to station and in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby there are restaurants, convenience stores, grocery store and drug store. The room was well equipped, clean, and spacious enough for one person. The check-in and checkout process was also smooth and the staff was able to assist with my luggage delivery service.

The room I was in was facing the street and it was quite loud with the trains and cars passing during the night.

The size of the room was great, it allowed easy manoeuvre of our luggages (despite being open) and still left plenty of space for us to sit around on the floor before shower HAHAHA. There is air supply and return vents, heater, humidifier and AC in the room so it could be customised to our liking which helps us sleep nicely at night. We also love that the sheets and towels are clean and plenty of hangers were provided for our use. Nagomj hotel felt well-taken care of, managed with much love and dedication by its staff. Facilities felt clean and looks new, I enjoyed our stay and most likely will return on my next visit to Tokyo :)

Instead of informing the reception physically before 11am, it might be better to allow guests to hang ‘Please tidy my room’ sign at the door instead :) About the restroom: we didnt quite like how the condensation was on all surfaces after shower… maybe air supply could be stronger to avoid this from happening? Also, the water heater doesnt quite work consistently. You could get really hot or icy cold water during shower at the same temperature setting.

- CLEAN. None lf those dusty bed covers. - MODERN. Has an AC and heater, air filter, the Toto toilet that has a heated seating, bidet and auto-cleaner (this is the one i’ll miss) -LOCATION- right across 7-11. There’s a grocery store (Aeon) right beside it as well and a 2-storey tax free durg store that is cheap as well. You dont have to bother going to mega don quijote. 2mins walk from MIKAWASHIMA station. Short drive to Nippori station that has the skyliner going to NRT airport. -STAFF- no hassle check in/out. Staff are very nice and accommodating

We stayed at Nagomi Hotel on two separate occasions and had different rooms for each stay. The facilities are well kept and the rooms are pretty spacious. It is quite standard for beds in Japan to be quite stiff and hard, however these beds are quite comfortable. The aesthetics of room felt modern, but also gave a traditional vibe to them especially in the tatami rooms

Big comfortable room and bath, which is very rare in Tokyo. Our room has a Tokyo Skytree view. Near Mikawashima and Nippori Station.

Quite old hotel. Neighborhood doesn't have too many options for good foods, but it doesn't matter for us.

Room is big, also has a big desk which is very convenient for working during the stay. Bed is also very comfortable

Sometimes the lift has cigarette smell, also doesn't have much room to hang clothes

It was a great location to the train line. The staff were very accommodating by letting us leave our luggage in the foyer after check out. It was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

It's close to the train station. Very clean hotel and the rate is cheap. Just 1 minute from Mikawashima station on Joban line. I booked the tatami room at a very cheap rate.complete amenities. The bathroom is very clean too
