The location is perfect, right in the center of Asakusa, close to the station. The staff is mostly friendly. It is clean in both common space and dormitory rooms. I really love the sauna.
I think it would be great to have a better ventilation system cause the odor is sometimes overwhelming. Additionally cleaning bathrooms more frequently would have a better impression on the bath cleanliness. I don't understand how the washing and drying system could be improved but I had to wait for 2 hours after washing my clothes because someone realized their clothes were not dry enough and put their clothes in the dryer machine until ready though it was logically my turn cause I just washed my clothes. It was disappointing though life happens.

This was my second time and still, I would choose this place for the cleanliness and the location. The staff is super friendly and always available and I love the bathroom with the onsen it is just so refreshing and amazing to bath in the onsen after a long day of walk.
It would be nice to have plates and dishes available in the kitchenette. It would be great to have a place where to refill water for free as is quite common for hostels now to have one. There is not so much space for luggage in the dorm and some beds are in a really bad location that it feels claustrophobic and the top beds are full of dust. There is only one USB plug for charging, not good if you have more than one thing to charge. Worst mattress.

Compared to most capsule hotels for a budget this is very modernized and cozy. I’m from NYC and ice seen it all when to comes to dirtiness. This place was nowhere near anything if not dirty at all. Very worth the stay for the price it’s so close to the Asakusa temple, don Quijote, great restaurants and a tiny amusement park.
Few nitpicks. There’s only one pillow and it’s not so plump so for my stay I folded a jacket under my pillow for better neck support. 2: there’s not private showers it’s all in one little area with an onsen. If you’re not comfortable being naked in front of people… get used to it or u won’t shower. The lights shut off at 11:00 and turn on at 9:00 and if you sleep late and sleep light that would definitely bother you in the morning. There’s also staff cleaning with loud vacuums which isn’t an issue but invest in some ear plugs if you aren’t a morning person but don’t let this deter you from this place it’s the best I’ve spent on a budget

I like the location as well as the setup of the rooms and floors. I really like the public sauna as I was able to relax each and every end of my day.
I requested for my bed sheet to be changed 1 time in my 9-night stay but they didn’t change it. Also, there are travelers that are really loud in the room (some are taking phone calls in the sleeping area) - they need to properly remind the people that will stay in the hostel. Also, it’s better to have some staff that are fluent or at least a good listener in English language, it’s a bit hard to communicate with them but they are really helpful and kind.

Staff was the best. The beds are confortable and it's very quiet inside! Very comfy to sleep you can even charge phone in the bed place. Bath are huge but you have to constantly push to get water and can't access between 11am to 3pm. The commun place is very calm and agreeable, wifi works well and you can stay as long as you like. Also there no stress about thiefing. The location is also perfect or rather double edged, it's 1 block away from the shrine, so you have a often a lot of people but you also have easy access to train and lot of stores near(Convenient, restaurants, shops, bookoff etc..).
Cleaning are from 11am to 3pm, means if you wake up late you might not be able to take a shower or change sheets. You have to constantly push in the shower to get water, it's annoying.

I actually forgot that breakfast included and did not take it during days I stayed 😅 Hostel location is so close to subway station. I used 72 hours pass that is valid in subways. The tiny bed was so portable to use, there was even hangers to put clothes and plug. If you forgot Japan type plug, no worries, there is also usb entrance. I was not noticed that the female bathroom has no privacy, all women take shower in one are, don’t forget that. But sauna and hot small pool was plus!! There is a hole you can charge your electronic devices and eat food by using kettle in kitchen. I preferred ramen mostly and cooked in the hostel kitchen. The staff was so nice, especially the women who is in the reception in nights. They let me to leave my luggage during check out day. Recommended!!!
I would not prefer to take a shower with others, it is not allowed by my religion but I chooses the times which there is no one. You’re staying with 23 girls (if the room is full ofcourse). Some of people got me annoyed because I already had jet lag and tried to concentrate sleeping. But they were behaving so loudly at 6 am.

This is an amazing capsule hotel. The location is very near to the Asakusa station that connects to two lines "G" and "A". It is also near a large temple and some amazing restaurants. The facility itself is very clean and the staff are helpful. I stayed here for 5 days but could have easily stayed longer. The spa / bathing area is definitely something us westerners are not used too but it is clean and the soaking tub is very relaxing after a long day of walking through the city. Bathrooms are clean with modern Japanese toilets. The sleeping capsule is comfortable and most other patrons are quiet. I'm slightly over 6ft (183cm) tall and I had plenty of room. For the style of hotel it is it would be hard to find something better. Well recommended!
This is a very small complaint but it's the only thing negative I could think of...The two hangers in the capsule are metal and hung in such a way that if you bump into them it can be very loud, like a wind-chime. I accidentally bumped into them a few times and worried I was disturbing my neighbors.

Very nice accommodation, I had read some reviews mentioning the mattress not being made out of a single piece (it's sectioned in three parts put together), but I didn't find it particularly uncomfortable. The common bathroom with sauna is awesome, the dorms are pretty big and with that amount of people I guess they're expected not to be super silent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
I found it uncommon that I would've had to pay an extra for towels since all of the other hostels I've been to in Tokyo were providing them for free, but no biggie.

Excellent location, immaculately clean with polite staff. An enjoyable stay overall. It was fantastic to have the very clean and very well-appointed communal shower, hot tub, and sauna. I frequently ended my days exploring Tokyo with a wonderful soak or sauna session. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay was being able to easily access a communal bath.
The mattress for the room I stayed in seemed to be a trifold futon. No problem generally, but the three parts of mine seemed to come apart and I constantly found my body, in all positions, falling into the gaps. It made sleeping a tad uncomfortable. Not sure if an issue with just mine or all the mattresses. In the communal baths the water was chlorinated and it was not hot spring water, so technically not an onsen but a public bath like a sento. I enjoyed it very much nonetheless but I think it should be made clear in the text description of the hostel. This is nitpicking, but I wish they had more lounge space, or more couches in the lobby.

Very good location and facilities. Clean and helpful staff.
The bed mattress is divided into 3 which makes it hard to move around. But everything in the hostel is excellent
