This is a lovely place, spacious and in a good position for our 8 night stay. Not too far from the station and a subway. our room was a good size with 2 large beds, eating area, small lounge area, kitchenette and a laundry area. The staff are lovely and friendly and speak good English.

The noise from the family in the room above us our last 4 nights was unpleasant with their children running around until 2:30 am to 3:00am. The issue was not resolved despite speaking with staff at reception and this left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as guest. Possible issue caused by wooden floors and not enough sound proof installation so the sound echoed down into our room

Great location near to Toei Asakusa Line (which is direct to Narita and Yokohama). The room is just right for 2-3 pax. For 3 pax, the sofa bed is suitable for heights less than 160cm, otherwise it may be uncomfortable. Pleasant staff.

Sadly didn’t provide fabric conditioner with the washing machine. Would have preferred liquid detergent instead of powder too! Disliked having to bring down my towels to change them. A better system would be to leave the used towels outside the room and new ones hung on the door handle.

BON Asakusa was a great condominium stay experience. We mostly explored the neighborhood and the location was an easy walk across the bridge to all the major attractions and Asakusa station. The room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly remodeled. We stayed here towards the end of our trip and the washing machine was a huge plus! Shower room has a handy drying mode to help dry the clothes.

The only complaint was the bed comfort. It was hard and we could feel the springs. An additional mattress topper would help alleviate this feeling. Extra pillows would be helpful as well as the two provided ones are very small and thin.

I love the location and it's proximity to Asakusa train station and on the same street as Tokyo Sky tree. The staff where helpful. We arrived in the morning and requested an early check in which was no problem however I had to pay extra. The amenities are great, very spacious for Tokyo and the washing machine was a big bonus.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. It was a spring mattress which I personally found uncomfortable. The room was room 202 facing the main road and the balcony door wasn't very noise cancelling so we could hear all the cars going by.

It was great to have access to a little washing machine in the room. Clothes seemed to dry overnight quite well when hung in the shower room on coat hangers. Nice big window in the bedroom for natural light. There were two handy little cupboards in the bedroom. We didn’t do any cooking but easily could have. Lift up to room is handy. The location is a just a short walk across the river from the more bustling part of Asakusa (where most of the restaurants and shops are). Peaceful at night. Felt safe walking home in the evening. A few hidden gems in the neighbourhood, e.g. a small bakery and a glass artist shop (you can also book in for an etching session and make your own souvenir).

We enjoyed it overall, no real dislikes. In an ideal world a Queen bed would be nice (but I don’t think would fit).

I like the quiet area, the access to a combini, nice view of the Tokyo Skytree. Very close to Sensoji temple too and a nice view walk crossing the bridge from train station to the apartment. I also like the access to a washing machine, they are also kind in providing detergent and the dryer is really good that it dries our clothes quickly. Some staff speaks English and are helpful when we have question about sending our luggages to the next hotel.

The curtains are dusty, and it makes the bed dusty too. There's something in the bed or the comforter that makes us itchy, must be a bed mites. We also didn't know that the chair was a sofa bed until our last day.

Has a washer (4.5kg) and bathroom with dryer function that can set duration, and powder detergent is provided. Lots of plugs available beside the bed, under the sofa etc. Sofa can be turned into a sofa bed. Spacious area in Deluxe room with 2 double beds and 1 big sofa. Kitchenware with microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer function, gas stove. Plenty of hangers given. Walking distance to Asakusa temple area and Asakusa station.

Some stuffs might not be so conversant in English. Double room with sofa bed is abit narrow space and limited walking space around the bed.

The apartment was perfectly furnished, a wonderful view from the balcony, we had a corner apartment, which was bright and well ventilated in the heat

We were leaving early in the morning and wanted to exchange towels for new ones, but the reception was closed and we didn't know when we would be back in the evening. It's better to find out in advance :-)

There was plenty of room for my daughter and I. Kitchen was well equipped for us, beds were nice and big, and cupboard space was good. It was great to have a washing machine and a drying room in the shower room Good location, close to a few different transport choices which was great. .

Tv only in Japanese, lounge not comfortable, balcony was tiny, shower head was small, not what we are used to in Sydney. Slippers were provided which was great but they were soooo thin that your feet hurt walking around the apartment
