Location: walking distance to train stations, airport limousine bus pickup area and tourist spots with lot of eateries around. Shopping malls are nearby too with tax free exemption facilities. (purchase above Yen 5,000 are entitle for the tax-free exemption at the shop.) To Narita Airport: Airport Limousine Bus pickup area is nearby (station at a nearby hotel). You may need to check on the Airport Limousine Bus availability a day ahead of your travel date and make the earlier booking at the nearby hotel. Airport Limousine bus is serving both airports _Narita and Haneda Airport. There is also a direct train to Narita Airport which is available at Toei Asakusa Line (Toei Subway)/ Keisei Line from Asakusa (around Yen 1300++/pax). Toei Subway is around 1km away from the hotel, and it is nearby to Senso-ji temple. Walking with luggage to Toei Subway is a bit challenging, but doable. Recommendation: To take Airport Limousine Bus to Narita Airport or Haneda Airport which is the most convenience way although the journey may take longer compared to train. Room: Room is clean and with a reasonable size of bathroom. Facilities: with a luggage storage room which is safe and convenience. Coffee machine, hot water, cold water and ice maker are available at the lobby area. Pajamas is provided with disposable slippers and toiletries. Breakfast: a simple breakfast with instant soup and bread. The amount is sufficient for a simple breakfast.

Size of the room is small which is common in Japan. There is no dustbin around the town and will need to bring them back to hotel to throw.

Clean, okay price Beds are comfortable, rooms are designed spacious despite being relatively small You can shove your luggage under the bed with the open partitions they made which is a really nice touch, not taking up any space And even if you don't want to, there's a locker space on the second floor if you want to use that

You're kind of forced to eat and drink at the lobby area which can get incredibly crowded as it's quite a big hotel It would've been nice if rooms had at the very least a mini fridge of sorts so you're not forced to stay in the lobby area The elevators can also get super crowded, despite there being 3 elevators It can be frustrating being stuck on an elevator for 5 minutes As far as I know the lights are either on or off Some sort of way to slightly dim the lights would've been really nice!

The hotel is located near in the Asakusa region which is really beautiful and very vivid at day and night, also very near to the Senso-ji temple and the Nakamise street. There's also a kombini (Lawson) just next to the hotel entrance which is very handy. The nearest train station is the Tsukuba Express Line Asakusa Station (which is different from the Asakusa Station from Asakusa Line) and the nearest entrance is one where the bike parking lot is located - entrance A. Later we found that it was easier to walk a little more and go to the Tawaramachi Station, also from the Asakusa Line, that connects directly with other major stations. The hotel have a very cool theme with cool decoration and vibe. You could do your check-in and check-out directly at the self-service stations but the staff was there if you needed them and they were very kind and helpful. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor and it had lots of amenities for your room and also some free beverages like water and coffee, as well as some vending machines. The room is really small but you could fit your luggage under the bed which saved a lot of space. The bed is comfortable and it has USB ports on its back so you can charge your electronic devices just with a cable. The TV was big enough for the space and the air conditioning was working properly. The room has no fridge. It also has one foldable chair and one foldable small table. The bathroom was small but just the enough space needed. It has no bathtub but the shower area had a door and the space reserved for it was good.

The hotel have a policy where they just clean the room and change sheets only every 4 days, so it might be a problem for some people. They change towels and empty the trashcan every day, though. I found strands of hair many times when i came to the room for the first time and also after it was cleaned, probably from the cleaning staff, i didn't mind but i think it might bother some people. The fact that the room doesn't have a fridge was really a bad experience for us, but it was on me because we didn't check that before booking. The room was really small even for Japan standards, even if you manage your belongings very well you sometimes feel clustered around so little space to store them.

The most prime location in Asakusa I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel. The vibes were absolutely immaculate, I felt so secure and comfortable honestly it’s a nerds paradise!! So close to the hotspots of Asakusa so mornings and evenings are amazing. The staff are amazing and keep the place so clean. Shout out to the cleaner who helped me vacuum seal my clothes not many hotel staff are that accommodating to their guests. I have already decided that every visit to Tokyo I will be staying in this hotel. Don’t think just book!!!!!!

There nothing to hate!!

Loved the location so much! It’s right in the heart of asakusa. You get free pyjamas, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. As well as breakfast (pastries) and teas/coffee. Really easy and chill place to stay. Rooms are small but lovely big showers! Our room had a view over Tokyo sky tree which was beautiful!!

Lift was kind of annoying as it takes forever, and stops on the 2nd floor every time it goes up and down. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, the pillows had hard beans in them and the duvet was really slippery and comes out the cover constantly. The room could be improved with clever storage. Hanging shelves or some other smart surfaces.

If you're a fan of manga you'll enjoy the comic panel aesthetic of the hotel. The staff all spoke English well. There are a few claw machines in the lobby if you fancy your chances, and some manga to read on the shelves. Storage is available in the lobby pre-check-in too. Every morning there are complimentary pastries as a light breakfast. The hotel is located in a great location, right near a shopping arcade and the Sensoji temple area.

In the coin laundry there are only 4 washing machines and 4 dryers in the hotel, so getting washing done can become a bit stressful. The washing machines do their job well enough, but the dryers are so ineffective and seem designed to extract as many 100 yen coins as possible. To the hotel's credit, you can check which machines are in use on your room's TV.

I loved the aesthetic appeal and location of this hotel! I am a first time traveller and having everything in very close proximity to the hotel made things a lot easier. For example, there is a Lawsons just underneath the hotel and Asakusa train station is just a short stroll away. The area of Asakusa is also amazing! There is so much food only 2 minutes away as well as Senso-ji Temple. The staff were also super friendly and spoke English which helped immensely for two people with limited Japanese under their belts. I also enjoyed the size of the room. The bed was huge and it was convenient to have the bathroom just next door. You also have the option of coffee and breakfast in the main area which is fabulous. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The only thing which was a little disappointing was our air conditioner leaked. We followed the instructions as to not turn it on past 23 degrees but it still leaked. This was disappointing as it did get a bit hot in the room. Instead we just opened our window to get a bit of breeze.

The staff were super friendly and spoke very well in English so it was very easy to communicate with them when we had an issue with a postage. The first floor was really cool and fun, we didn't get to use it much as we were so busy sightseeing in Tokyo. The location was fantastic for the price.

The hotel room was a bit small, however we really liked the use of the storage space under the beds that can be used for suitcases and there were USB plugs at the head of the bed so you can easily plug your phone in and charge it while sleeping and using the phone for an alarm.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly to me, arriving past midnight. The rooms are compact but include everything and are very clean. Towels are changed and rubbish taken out daily, rooms are fully made up every three days. The common area has a nice atmosphere, with free tea, coffee and water 24/7. Perfect place for heating and eating convenience store meals. Walking distance to sights, shopping, local bars and food places, plus various public transport points. We stayed here for 10 days and were glad we chose it.

The employees are quite welcoming and efficient. They really tried to make our stay as good as possible. Our room was small as advertised but perfectly clean and convenient. The breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. There are also two microwaves. Close to the hotel you find a Lawson and a seven eleven. They are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is quite conveniently located. We took a limousine bus from Haneda airport and only had to walk one minute from the bus stop to the hotel.
