I don't know if this hotel is a new one, but the room, the bathroom and the linen etc were very clean and tidy. Despite the small size room , the hotel placed the bed on top of the safe and the refrigerator, which increased the usable area by quite a bit, now I can even store my suitcase under the bed. The corridor is wide and bright, the room was quiet. Although this hotel is not a big one, it has two elevators, that means you don't have to wait long to get one. In spite of the fact that the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, it only takes 4 minutes to walk to Hatchobori station, and there are plenty of restaurants around.

Sorry, not much I can think of.

-The accommodation was overall very comfortable, very modern and clean. -The location is great if you want to visit more traditional parts of Tokyo where there are not as many tourists as in Shinjuku or Shibuya. -At the same time it's very easily accessible from Tokyo main station. -There's a laundry machine on premises which is perfect for longer travels. -Very obliging staff with a great level of English.

-There was only one big blanket for two people which was quite thick and hence it was too warm during the night. -The room was a bit too small.

We loved our stay here. For a budget friendly hotel, the room and space in the room was good. It could have been seen as crowded but it was ok for us! comfy beds, fridge, safe, hangers, kettle, and toiletries! 15 min walk to Tokyo Station and took us about 20/30 mins to get to Disney! Ideal for our week stay. We tried the breakfast which was roughly £5 and again you could pack up your takeaway box and go back for more. 100% would recommend if you are considering staying here for your trip to Tokyo!

Everything was very clean and new, reception desk was also always very helpful and responsive even before the arrival :) Hotel is located right next to metro station, 20 mins walk from Tokyo station, the area is also surprisingly quiet in the night (for the central district of such a big city).

I wouldn’t call it a negative (wasn’t a problem for us specifically) but if you’re taller than 190 cm, be prepared that you might not be able to fully stretch your legs on the bed (we had standard room, might be different for more expensive ones).

Quiet location a bit away from the middle of Tokyo. Room was spotlessly clean and compact, as is the norm in Japan. Staff were lovely and helpful and spoke enough English to make communication easy. Optional breakfast was tasty. Wifi was good. Laundry room came in useful.

Only thing worth noting - the beds in our twin room were pushed together and there was no room to separate them.

The staff were friendly despite limited English, and the location is pretty convenient. I'd say it is even within walking distance of Tokyo Station if you are okay with walking 20ish minutes or so. The neighborhood is quiet, which is good for sleeping. There are some restaurants and many 24-hour stores around.

The room, as usual for Tokyo, is a bit small, so if you have big luggage, it might cause an issue and make your stay unpleasant. The beds in the twin room are very close together, which is also the case with many budget hotels in Tokyo, but if you are not okay sleeping so close to someone, be aware of this.

ICI Hotel is nice and presents very well. Located on the inside corner on a side street made it easy to locate and away from traffic sounds from the main road. Staff that we spoke with did not speak English but we were able to communicate effectively. The facility and rooms are clean (could pass for new). Everything in the room was fully functional (nothing broken as may be in the States). We were a party of 4 so we reserved two double rooms, which were adjacent (but not adjoining) as requested. Okay, if you’re from the US and have never spent a night in a Tokyo standard room your expectations will need be reset: small and compact. Think cruise ship cabin, and you’ll have a more enjoyable experience.

I picked this hotel because the subway station is literally across the street. Our strategy was to conveniently hop on the train for meals and activities - we’re vegetarian and had planned having meals in other parts of the city. No fault of ICI Hotel, but what we didn’t fully consider is that although there are many points of entry you still need to walk to a designated platform to board By the way, not all stations have operational elevators or escalators. The numerous luggage of guests being held in lobby was the only clutter observed each day. The area designated for breakfast was also sectioned off further limiting space to maneuver. Of all the possible disturbances we experienced was noise (mostly loud talking and laughing) from other guests staying on our floor.

Excellent location. Its right next to the station and allows you to go to all the sites relatively quick. The compact twin room was small, but we knew that, and it served its purpose

Amazing amenities and helpful staff. I was always greeting with a warm welcome and it is close to everything I needed which is Ginza (20min walk), Tsukiji Market(15min walk) and DisneySea/Land (30min train ride). TeamLabs (30 min train ride) is also close enough where trains don’t take an hour. Tokyo station is also a 19 minute walk which helped us get Shinkansen to day trips to different places like Lake Kawaguchiko and Nikko.

I loved everything.

The staff were very polite and helpful to accommodate us as foreign travelers. They provided us with pamphlets to help ease the language barrier, and it was a pleasant stay not too far from one of the lines to and from the major Tokyo station. The bathroom was nice, and the beds were snug. The bathroom toilet, bath, and amenities were amazing and exceeded my expectations.

It's a smaller room, but there is space underneath the bed to store personal items. The electrical outlets were also limited, so be sure to charge your electronic accordingly based on priority technologies if traveling.
