I liked the location and all practical items for a 7 day stay were available. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, but not isolated when it comes to accessing stores and train stations. The neighborhood felt really safe. The inside of the apartment was clean and organized. The balcony was a bonus because I could hang and air dry our clothes. The washing machine was a big plus for a family of 3. I knew we would have access to a washing machine and it’s a big deal to me. I’ve been in Japan 2 more times before so I knew not to bring too many clothes. Tokyo has a lot of easy shopping options. The shower room had a “dry” feature that served as a big dryer for clothes after I left them at the balcony to air dry some. Overall, our clothes were adequately cleaned and dried during our stay. This apartment was easy to find from the subway stations, but it’s good for walkers. The closest subway stations are about less than 10 minute walk if you’re healthy and able. I traveled with my husband and 9 year old child and we walked from the apartment to Tokyo station with luggages ( it was easier so we didn’t have to haul luggages up and down the stairs when there’s no escalator close by). It took approximately 15-20 minutes the most from the apartment to Tokyo station when we walked early morning for our transfer to Nagoya. Again it’s very doable IF you are healthy and able. There’s a 7 eleven and Lawson less than 5 minutes away from the apartment. There’s also a small grocery store called “Rico” less than 10 minutes away.
The hallway floors immediately outside the elevator looked really tired and outdated. Both the elevator and the hallway had a “wet market” odor that could be from lack of ventilation? I’m not sure. It wasn’t a deal breaker. This is not criticism , but a feedback to management. Also, this hotel/apartment is not always manned. If your expectation is to have somebody physically present at the lobby then look somewhere else. The facility is simple and works well if you don’t require many things. You come in and out on your own much like if you lived in an apartment/ condo.

Brand new apartment which looked super clean. Within walking distance to main Tokyo train station. Quite spacious by Tokyo standards. Had cooking and washing facilities if needed.
The futon was too small to sleep two adult sized teens. Be ok for 2 small kids. However there was a thin mattress(?) in the bedroom cupboard that allowed one person to sleep on the floor, just need to ask for an additional sheet.

The Hotel is equipped with small kitchenette and laundry which is absolutely fantastic. I like the shower area and toilet are in separate room. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Location wise is quite nearby to both Ginza and Tsukiji area (~1km away). Nearest subway station Kyobashi is 500m away taking you to Ueno, Asakusa quite easily. Tokyo station is also 1.2km away on a flat terrain and smooth walkway which make it easy for carrying your luggages from the hotel. I love to stay there again in future visit to Tokyo.
The sofabed was smaller than i expected but luckily as Asian size it kinda fit nicely for 2 person.

We spent our first week in Japan here and glad we did, excellent all round. Spacious for Tokyo, all facilities worked, well provisioned, friendly English speaking reception staff. The flat has 2 separate bedrooms with Western style beds, and quite a big living/kitchen area. The bathroom has a washing machine and separate bath cubicle with steam room facility. This also has a drying setting, we hung our laundry in it and it dried fast. This was all new to us and required google translate to work out but easy to use after that. Both air con and heating were effective. There is a Lawson convenience store 2 mins away. It’s about a 20 min easy walk to the Shinkansen / bus station part of massive Tokyo Station, handy for getting bus to Fuji area or any bullet train. Quiet location but short walk to bustling main Ginza shopping area. We were glad not to be in the frenzy of a more touristy area. We found a great craft beer bar called iBrew nearby, characterful with friendly staff, recommended. We really liked this apartment and would stay there again. Five stars all round.

Very clean and nice small apartment. A few minutes walk from several metro stations. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the English explanation on the apartment's facilities and the complementary laundry detergent.
The rooms are too small and the bed is taking the whole room. We barely could pass between the bed and the wall. No other mirror than the one in the bathroom. No night lamp. It would be nice to get some coffee/tea/suger in the room. It was a bit expensive compared to other places, so our expectations were higher.

Stayed for 3 nights - Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs Checked out on Friday Morning to go to Kawaguchiko for 2 nights and returned to stay here on Sunday (our last night in Japan) That's why I've left 2 reviews with the same content. Close to Tokyo Station (about 10-15 minute walk). Very easy to find with Google Maps. Visited Asakusa, Shinjuku and Shibuya with ease from the stations that were close by. Easy walk to the High End Shopping area of Ginza. Room was fairly spacious, when we were not sleeping - (see comments on 'what didn't we like'). Liked the fact that we could help ourselves to towels and other essentials that were located in the basement. Also had a washing machine in the room - a huge bonus when you're staying for a few nights with a family. Also, we checked out on a Friday to go to Kawaguchiko and returned on the Sunday - the Hotel was kind enough to store our big bags for the 2 nights that we were away at no charge. This enabled us to just carry what we needed and didn't have to lug heavy baggage around. (That was a very kind gesture on their part). Will definitely consider staying here again, if the price is right :-)
Room was advertised as a 4 Sleeper, but at night, 3 were able to sleep quite comfortably (wife and I on the double bed, and daughter on the Futon couch), but my 18 yr old had to sleep on the floor (futon mattress was provided), which was a bit tight for him - not a big deal though as we managed. Price was a bit much compared to what we paid in Osaka and Kyoto for similar accommodation, but I guess that's the going rate in Tokyo. Also, tea and coffee were not provided like the other accommodation we stayed at.

Quiet location within walking distance from several subway stations and Ginza shopping area. Rooms were clean. All supplements needed (e.g. dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder, extra rolls of toilet paper etc) were available in the apartment.
The rooms were quite small (at least for European traveller) and it was a bit difficult to fit our suitcases into the bedrooms. Additional mirror in the corridor would have been nice.

Living area spacious for family of 5. Good location to variety of train lines and convenience stores. Good bathroom and having a washing machine in apartment was great. Kitchen area very practical. Quiet area. Our travel plans changed and we wanted to extended our stay. Staff were very accommodating and we were able to stay in the same apartment.
One of the beds was a bit smaller than the other one. Bedrooms quite small but room for suitcases in lounge/dining area. Sofa bed in lounge was comfortable for teen but not sure how it would be for adults.

The place is spacious, clean and looks modern. The bed was comfortable and our toddler loved sleeping in it. There was a washing machine, way to dry clothes, dishwasher, and rice cooker which were all useful especially with a toddler in tow. The location was great. Easy to walk around and quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Only one pan is available for cooking. It would've been nice to have a couple more. Instructions for using the dishwasher was not included in the manual and the washing machine in the manual was a different one than we had in the apartment. There were instructions for sorting garbage but we only had 2 bins.
