Very affordable, nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the trains, and useful amenities. Free washing machine is a big plus!
Compact, though not unusual for Tokyo. Beds were small, but comfortable enough. There wasn’t really anywhere to put things save for one table in the bedroom. My biggest complaint was this lamp! I’m pretty tall and kept hitting my head on it such that it became a physical comedy gag past a certain point. More funny than anything.

Nice location, the toilet was good, enough-ish space.
We came on time of check-in but a man was still cleaning, we put our freshly bought peaches on the refrigerator as he was cleaning and in the end we found out he took them, the room wasn’t very clean.

The nice and quiet area this hotel is located in plus the train connections to the other major locations in Tokyo which was great! And if you really are hungry at a later time when most restaurants would close, there are still some options left to go for if needed!
I didn't have any bad experiences with this hotel to be honest. And I am also not really too picky either.

The A/C. Nice and breezy at night.
Tried taking a shower and the water kept turning off over and over again and it took me 30 minutes to figure out that there are buttons on the wall and since it I can not read Japanese it took me 30 minutes to press the correct button so the water will keep running. Why is that even an option in the first place? Was super frustrating.

the key was really noisy when you walked around with it in your pocket. I don’t like how it has bells on it because it really really loud when you walk around the shower offered shampoo, body wash, some rags and a towel but not a sponge to put the soap on to wash your body

The wifi listed as part of the information didn't work. They had to send me two other wifi log ins to finally get it to work.

A quaint little apartment that can show you how 'real' Japanese will live in Tokyo. For me the pros outweighed the cons. Pros: - All amenities are available (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer, etc) that you will find in a hotel. - The extras that come with an apartment such as a stove, microwave, kettle and of course a washing machine (laundry detergent provided)! - Cutlery and Cookware are also available. - About a 10 minute walk to the closest train station. - A very quiet neighbourhood with no traffic noises or parties happening! - A small apartment comes with two single beds, so it can be shared by friends or you can use the other bed as a storage space. - A nice cupboard with clothing hangers. - An air-conditioner for your cooling and heating needs. - A nice balcony you can access and take in some fresh air. - Easy check in and out.
Cons: - If you have sensitive skin, maybe bring your own towels as these ones are rough. - There is no table anywhere, so you will be eating or working on the bed or on the floor. - Stairs are super tight and small leading up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. So if you have big luggage, it will take some pivoting and manoeuvring to get up. - The closest train station is not a major one, so you will have to take connecting trains to get to big places such as Shibuya/Shinjuku, etc. - There was no instruction on how to get hot water working for the shower, so know your Japanese or have a translator handy and just hope for the best. - For those that smoke, no smoking is allowed, even on the balcony. - I don't believe the Aircon is clean as you can see white specs in it. - If you are taller than 160cm you might have to get used to ducking your head because of light fixtures and the shower bar. - Neighbours (from another building I think) started playing music - the doof-doof kind - the last couple of days of my visit. So that was a little bit annoying. I only mention it because Japan House has a no-noise policy and they play the music from around 8pm up until after 11pm.
