I liked the lobby and the wide entrance hallway of the room. I liked that they had a kiosk that had an English option for checking in, and I liked that the hotel was in a residential district.

The water would sometimes momentarily shift between cold water and your desired temperature. The hotel is located in an interesting area where, sometimes, we had to take a bus to get to the correct station to take the right train to get back to the hotel. The hotel is out of the way from the main areas tourists usually go to (Shibuya, Akihabara, etc), so be aware of that before booking. It takes around 40 minutes to get to the main areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It’s spacious enough for a single traveler, with just the right balance of comfort and practicality. The staff was helpful with the check-in procedure and I love the quiet neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a neat, comfortable, and cozy stay in Japan. I’d happily return for another visit.

The only downside is the distance to the station, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

If you don't have luxury requirements, all your needs will be met. It offers all the basic amenities, from creams, toothbrush, to slippers, to shower amenities. It is super clean, staff is very polite and nice. They can keep your bags before your check in time so that you can enjoy Tokyo with the luggage. It is not close to all the happenings in Tokyo, but what is in a monster city, but the gift of going to sleep in a quiet neighbourhood it is a blessing after the hectic day spend in Tokyo. It is well connected with metro, 3min to the metro station, and close to the center of the happenings in Tokyo. Grateful to experience a first class service for a decent price and not paying thousands pf euros.

I wish I could find something so that they can improve, but I can add that they will even keep your luggage for 2-3 hours after checkout.

Our room was pretty spacious compared to other hotel rooms we stayed at for the same price. Room and bathroom were extremely clean and staff was very helpful. Area was quiet and residential.

Located out of the way from central locations, but not too bad by train. Also, Google maps uses a very annoying walking route from the station to the hotel -- use it the first time just to figure out where the hotel is and then find a more direct route yourself.

The staff were exceptional! They assisted me with getting a taxi and shipping my suitcase to my next hotel. Every member of the staff that I interacted with spoke either fluent or very good English and assisted me so kindly. The room was exceptionally clean and the free amenities in the lobby were great (toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, cotton set, razor, and coffee/tea). There’s a microwave past the elevators on the first floor and coffee machines for free coffee on the first and second floor. Though there were many business guests while I stayed I didn’t hear anyone. There’s also a little seating area on the second floor that was quiet and peaceful. The train station was a short 5-6 min walk away and there’s a 7-11 the same distance in the opposite direction. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quieter neighborhood.

فارسی در انتها The hotel was near the metro (MUNAMI SUNAMACHI) which is very important for travelers. Building is completely new and fresh. Staff are very gentle. facilities are very comfortable and i did not need anything more by this price un Tokyo. نزدیک بودن به مترو یک مزیت خیلی مهمه که این هتل داره و با مترو میشه به همه جا رفت. ساختمان و اتاق ها نو نو هستند و بسیار کارمندای مهربونی داره. نسبت به قیمتش خیلی خوبه در توکیو

If the meals and breakfast in the restaurant can be international, That would be better. I mean if the guests can have two menu (Japanese & International). For me eating the Japanese breakfast was a little bit hard and disappointing at the begging of the day! Anyway I will choose this hotel again. صبحانه و غذاهای رستوران مدل بین المللی نیستند و برای من سخت بود که صبح ماهی و سالاد و غذاهای ژاپنی بخورم و خیلی با طبع ما فاصله داشت. امیدوارم در آینده درست شده باشه

It’s a clean and neat hotel. Rooms aren’t as tiny as other hotels commonly found in Tokyo.

Hotel is at a residential location and carrying suitcases from metro which has stairs is bit uncomfortable. Also, one of the odd encounter was our sleeping pyjamas weren’t replaced by the service team and upon requesting for the clean pair we were informed of charges despite explaining the front desk team they told us initially the rule for pyjamas is 1 set is given for the entire stay. I honestly said this is unhygienic as we are staying for 3 nights and can’t be using same pair but they didn’t seem to be bothered about it.

I loved everything about my stay here in L Stay and Grow. It's close to the Metro Line which is Minami Sunamachi. The staff are friendly - asked for extra pillows, had my ice packs be put in the freezer and lent me a weighing scale for my luggage bag. They have lots of sfuff downstairs which you need for your stay (toiletries even a bath bomb, vending machines in some of the floors, free coffee in the 1st floor and snacks which you can buy as well). The room is always cleaned up whenever I go back at night with new towels and slippers + they also have available pajama. They offer breakfast at a certain price in the hotel but wasn't able to try, and the hotel's facade is nice.

The hotel is modern, clean and has everything you need...it's near a shopping mall which is walking distance which has a food court if you need..it's near the station and all in all its great value for money..no complaints at all and would use again ..the breakfast is uniquely Japanese..would highly recommend this place to stay ..

No tea, coffee or water bottles supplied in the room but there's a vending machine in the reception...not really a reception or front lounge area but this is not really a complaint.its a bit far from the town centre (20mins) on metro but again it's a small detail ..

With the room rate being quite affordable and reasonable, this is a great deal. The hotel is very new and clean. The staff is helpful and nice. The double room is a decent size (we had 2 luggages, 26 inch and 30 inch) for its price with a double bed, a tub in the bathroom, and a seating area by the window where lots of sunlight comes in on a sunny day. The location is great, very close to Minami-sunamachi station in a very tidy and quiet residential area, and it doesn't take long to get into the city center via the metro. If you're looking for a place in Tokyo to just sleep, dont want to spend too much money on hotel rooms and don't mind staying a little bit further away from the city center, this is the place! Also, it's quite easy to travel to/from the 2 airports in Tokyo via the subway/metro (unless you're traveling during odd hours).

The pillows are a bit uncomfortable (flat and stiff), but if I had known that, I wouldn't have changed my decision anyway. Hotel-offered breakfast is quite basic, but we just got sandwiches from the 7-11 nearby as our breakfast.
