we stayed 7 nights & were very pleased. Very helpful staff, very close to 3 different train stations & walking distance to alot of different shops & facilities, was the best price when we were looking for something pretty central & we weren't disappointed, Helped with sending luggage to next accommodation, nice to have a buffet breakfast option which we had on our last day, love that the rooms have plenty of plug or usb charging ports & daily service with changing towels etc. i would absolutely book here again if i ever came back, my daughter loved the PJs

Had already read from past reviews that beds were hard so this was expected, however we still slept fine just be prepared for a firm mattress, rooms aren't huge but definitely bigger than where we stayed in Osaka! Was just me & my daughter and we kept our big suitcases under the beds no issue so had plenty of room as we were out every day & only back to sleep anyway, however if there were 4 people particularly adults in this room it would be a tight fit with the bags

Great location and lovely hotel bar

Not the hotels fault but please be mindful that the hotel is down a side street of kabukicho which is a really busy area in shinjuku. As it is a few minutes walk away from the heart of kabukicho its not so bad but a few noises can be heard from the hotel room such as sirens and noise from the hallway can also be heard but this didn't effect us when sleeping. Tokyo hotel rooms are typically small and this hotel room was one of the smallest ones we stayed in but as long as you are prepared for that its fine.

Easy to find, room was a reasonable size (a little squeeze with two large cases but all right)

While 750 m from the station doesn’t seem like much, at the end of a long day walking and sightseeing it was quite a lot,

If you are tired from travelling, popping out in Shinjuku will sure wake you up, but I was impressed at how sound proof the hotel was. We also appreciated that the window opened a decent amount and the AC worked very well too. The customer service was excellent and the hotel well located if you want to stay in a very busy place with a lot of night action. My friend was a nightlife person and I am not, so staying here again is more based on the type of stay you are planning. If you are not planning on spending lots of time in the room, it’s a good spot.

For two friends, the room was a good size, but we would have appreciated a luggage caddy. The beds are hard for a side sleeper, but the pillows were tough to overlook—like rocks! While we appreciated having laundry on-site, as others noted, the machines seem to be in constant use and it’s a little game to see if you can catch a machine without someone swooping. The bathroom was spacious but the shower curtain had a smell of mildew and there was mold around the edges of the tub.

Excellent location, close to train station, shops and eating places. Very lively, interesting area. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Everything exceptionally clean. Very generous coffee, tea and toiletries self service at the desk as needed. Umbrellas provided when raining. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers. Queen Room was very small but we put our bags under the bed and for our 5 day stay we got used to our small space. Some more hangers could’ve been useful.

Room was nice but on the smaller side, I expectedly this for a hotel in Tokyo. It was clean and tidy though. Location was good directly opposite Okubo Park, which gives you a landmark to follow finding your way back! It was about 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku or Shin Okubo Stations. Has a 7-11 right around the corner, about a 2 minute walk. All the staff were kind and polite and answered any questions I had. I had a nice stay here!

Only minor but you have to collect room amenities- tea, sugar etc from a little station on the front desk. I would have preferred to have some in my room and collect more if I needed it.

Room styling, bed comfort, bathroom facilities and central location close to the MRT and Shinjuku all really positive. Handy having a laundry on-site and staff were very helpful. I

Be aware that the hotel is in a very central location close to clubs and bars, so when you walk down the street in the morning, there is quite a bit of rubbish and several very drunk people every day which can be confronting. But this is Japan, so despite this, you do feel very safe at all times. Just expect that you will see people literally asleep on the pavement after a big night. BUT, if night life and location are what you are after, this hotel is fantastic.

The room design is stunning, we loved the mix of tatami mats in the room and overall Japanese themed styling throughout the hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The pajamas provided were one of my favourites I've ever gotten in Japan. Hotel is very close to Shinjuku station so transport was super convenient! We got a voucher for free drinks at the bar downstairs on our first night which was a nice surprise.

Room size is average, there wasn't a lot of space for us to put our luggage without it getting underfoot. Also didn't realise that the surrounding area would be so wild at night - it's fine if you like night life but if you prefer quiet peaceful atmosphere or have young children with you, this might not be the best location.

The location is perfect! right between Shinjuku and Shin Okubo Station. We would usually enter Shinjuku and get off Shin Okubo to avoid the Shinjuku maze. The staff is very friendly, theres a 24/7 reception and luggage storage. The rooms were clean! at the reception you can also find razors and toothbrushes.

the rooms are very tiny. one luggage fit under the bed and the other luggage had to stand upright in the room all the time. it was a hassle to get your stuff out of the luggage everytime and there were no closets either, so we had to pull out the luggages daily. I heard that this is common in Japan, however this was my first hotel stay in Japan, so I have no other experiences than this.

The location is good, right in the middle of the action of kabukicho. Room was clean, beds very comfy

The rooms are a tad small, no room for opening and unpacking suitcases But it is to be expected so I was ok with it. It's something to keep in mind in every hotel in Tokyo
