Friendly staff who kindly gave us a gift on arrival, rooms and bathroom were clean and cleaned each day, vibrant location in Korean district which is very near metro station so perfect for exploring Tokyo, shops/bars/restaurants very near by, free alcohol selection (spirits, wines, liquors, mixers etc), breakfast included (croissants, cereal, pastries, juices etc), karaoke room, free massage chairs, large selection of free beauty/hygiene products in the room and even more downstairs in the lobby eg, shampoo and conditioners , face washes, hair bands, tooth brushes etc
Extractor fan in the room was very loud. rooms are small (however we were aware of that before booking). The area was great for us as it had an active nightlife scene however some people may find the area a little seedy

Good location, easy walking distance to all there is to do in Shinjuku. Super close to train station which makes exploring the rest of Tokyo a breeze and is very handy on the trip from the airport. But nice to be able to come back from adventuring at the end of the day to such a fun and lively part of the city. Staff are amazing, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Very grateful for the effort they put in to communicating with us and looking after us. The free soft drink machine was such a nice novelty as well as the available snacks.
The room was quite compact (although this is by no means unique to this property) which prompted some creative storage solutions. Not necessarily a bad thing. Anything else is a minor niggle really. The beds and pillows were slightly uncomfortable but that’s just my preference for something a bit softer. Tolerable for a few nights. No negatives to write home about.

Staff were great, stored pur luggage at no additional costs, desserts, coffee, tea, soda, soup, buns and croissants, ice cream, cereals and a host of toiletries were provided at no extra cost. Clean and quiet, how could I forget the massage chairs for use at no additional cost. Bathroom was larger and more spacious. East to transportation, taxi or train. Will definitely stay tgere again I'm not sure why they had to include in the name "love hotel" because it made me so curious, although I wasn't able to pick up anything different to a regular hotel.
Was a little further away from Shinjuku, but we were still able to walk there and back.

Honestly this hotel was an amazing find and we would recommend it to everyone. Even though this is ‘adults only’ as long as you know this, don’t let it deter you! We stayed for a week and never felt uncomfortable. There are so many free toiletries and other amenities available, including unlimited drinks you can help yourself to. Free bike rental as well as free umbrellas for when it rained! The location was perfect, it’s in Korea town of Tokyo, close to a couple of stations and walking distance to Shinjuku. The staff were lovely, and they even offer free water in hot weather to anyone passing by. The room is on the smaller size, but we expected this for Japan so not an issue for us.
Only a few hooks for clothes, no other storage space which would have been useful for longer stays.

All the Amenities were amazing. Getting to pick all your amenities down in the lobby as well as being able to borrow quite a lot from them and also getting to book the karaoke room and other free facilities were a great bonus. (There's even an ice cream roller which people could use) Definitely worth your money. Staff were super helpful too :) It was great having a free drinks bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) after coming back from 33 degree heat haha. At check out they were nice enough to store our luggage and even gave us souvenir fans which was a first for me but it definitely made a nice finishing touch to our stay at the hotel.
The rooms were a bit small but that's to be expected in Japan. The other thing was that in the room that we stayed in, its bathroom was positioned a step higher for some reason. Which for some people might be weird especially if you're not used to stepping up and if you need to go in the middle of the night.

so cute! lol we were so late to book a hotel that we decided to try this rather unconventional one. but the bali vibe was hilarious. so much free stuff and very clean! also there were many great restaurants nearby and a metro station in walking distance!
be aware that the hotel is located in „little korea“ - in combination with the bali vibe you get a very unique experience. if you look for a more japanese feeling this might not be right for you. like everywhere in japan the beds are quite narrow. also nearby was a stress with s*x workers so please don‘t bring children

This is a Gem of a place, we loved the place to bits, it has so much character and beautifully done. Everything about this place was just amazing, free drinks, private bath, great room, spectacular ambience, and location was superb, right next to the train station. You can even watch the trains passing by when you take your open air private bath. I wish we had more time to spend in this place. So many good food options around the place and shinjuku market is close by, I would rate this place one of my BEST places that I stayed over so many years of travel. It was particularly good for us as we booked this for our last leg of Japan travel, perfect place to wind down at the end of our perfect Japan travel.
There is NOTHING that I didn't like about this place.

I think it's really a gem in Tokyo..designed so calm and warm and you get a good refuge from having an intense day in Tokyo. That's why they call it little Bali. Its In shinjuku right in the Korean courter that's booming with life, resterounts and lively people. The hotel itself located at a really quiet ally, and really 3 minute walk from Shin-Okubo station(small size station that connects you to the mainline).. Superb location. You walk out to no noise at all...and with just a few steps you enter back to Tokyo. The free massage chairs at the lobby were amazing.. They offer free drinks and tea next to the reception. And the place is small in such a way that really makes you feel at home to grab a drink and go back to the room. The rooms themselves were sufficient and nice. It's Japan so don't expect to open all of your luggage at once. The staff were welcoming and yes, there were only a few that knew English but even with the translators every thing went well.
OK so it's 9 and not 10 because I can't write 10...but on my next visit to Tokyo that's where I'll stay.

Staff were lovely , very caring and helpful, always smiling Hotel had lots of free amenities and facilities (I guess not entirely free and charged for in the price of the room) which were very welcome , including free breakfast which was available almost all day long, little snacks available round the clock, foot bath, sauna , jacuzzi etc. Staff were all lovely and held our luggage for us after checking out and even gave us a parting present of chopsticks and soap
Room was very small which I guess people might be used to in Japan but as our first stay in Japan was a shock to us as we were not able to move around freely in the room . A bit too small for the price paid for the room. I think the should drop the word “Adult” in their name . I understand why it might be there but throughout our stay we only saw normal people there and no one who was using it as a “love hotel”

"If in Japan, travel light" will be the advice I happily hand down to the world (not that they listen to me). Even on a reasonable budget, hotel rooms in Tokyo do not have enough room 'to swing a cat' as we say in the UK. I wish I'd trained in the skills of the high jump at school, it would have helped me move easily from bathroom to bed without the need for full hiking equipment! That said, this hotel is a gem. Lovely staff, comfortable bed, enough lotions and potions in the bathroom to please my daughter! Very relaxed atmosphere. Shinjuku is not an area for the delicately minded but it has a great buzz. Do consider staying here but keep in mind the advice about storage space.
