Excellent location: very short walk to Toyooka station, 2 minute walk (if that) to Family Mart, Lawson and Starbucks. Staff were so lovely and friendly and spoke English well, looked after our luggage before check in. Even looked up train timetables for us. Complimentary beverage (including alcohol) / snack every evening was also lovely!! And set breakfast was decent, not vegetarian but enough rice/egg/salad to make do for me. Very clean, affordable and simple hotel, had everything we needed and wifi was nice and fast. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Kinosakionsen town!

The staff who prepared the breakfast were really kind and the food was excellent. I also liked how convenient it was to reach the hotel from the station and how there were convenience stores and cheap food places all in a 10 minute radius.

I really liked the service. However, I have a small suggestion as a foreigner in Japan. Since I still cannot read Japanese, it was a little difficult for me to find the Hotel because the sign was completely in Japanese, but Toyooka Park Hotel had an English sign, which kind of set up the same expectation for this hotel as well.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The facilities were very good, and the staff were wonderful. Very helpful, especially when I needed assistance to get to the Genbudo Museum, as my Japanese is still very basic. They provided a couple of complimentary items every evening - drinks or a snack kind of thing. Only a short train ride from Kinosaki Onsen, too. I'll definitely be back!

This is a simple business hotel. If you've stayed at one, you've stayed at all of them. It's a no frills room with a good bed, a desk and your private bathroom. It's a place to stay for a few nights and does its job well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived by bicycle and they arranged for a parking space. I am able to communicate in Japanese, but they had English speaking staff on hand. The area is near other business hotels and some izakaya, so you might bump into some unsavory people outside, but the hotel itself is very quiet.

I guess the breakfast was average. I mean, the old couple making it are doing their best and I don't think they did anything wrong, but it wasn't for me. Otherwise, I have little to say against the hotel.

It was really good value for money. Short walk from the railway station. And, about 10 minutes' walk to the shopping area which is spread out. However, there is a shopping mall nearer. The reception staff who attended to us upon arrival & departure were wonderful ( 2 ladies - can't recall their names ) , friendly & helpful. We were allowed check-in to our room & the female staff looked after our luggage when we were out before we departed for railway station.

The location is a bit quiet...and wished they had English language cable TV, at least we could be updated with current affairs.

The room is well kept and clean. Size was large enough to put a 26" luggage on the floor. Room facilities included are typical of Japanese business hotels. Included breakfast is Japanese and is filling! The hotel is about 10 min walk from Toyooka station but there are not many shops/eateries around.

Super friendly staff. Free drink. The bed was comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. Comfy bed.

The room was a little hot and stuffy.

I was visiting a local Rugby Camp and decided to stay over rather than travel home and return again the next day. I was able to park my car in the hotel grounds. It is in a convenient and quiet area.

Good location, closed to JR Toyooka station to 城崎溫泉 & Tango railway Toyooka station to 天橋立 right at downstairs, dept store's supermarket around for food shopping.

Nothing.

Just a few blocks away from the Toyooka station. Very friendly staff, they have helped us with luggage as we have arrived early and departed after checking out. The hotel is not new, but everything is neat, very clean. Wi-Fi worked fine.
