They didn’t clean the room despite I asked for cleaning since I left the room at 6pm and comeback at 01:00Am

Excellent staff at all levels. Everybody is sincerely smiling, welcoming, keen to serve you and at ease in their work. Our stay in Amman was a real success specifically due to the welcoming and recommendations of Alconcierge Mr MOHAMMAD . Special thanks also to Mr Abdulrahman at the reception for his kindness and management. I was happy to talk to the Director of food and beverage, very kind, present on the field and to the general manager and I think that the excellent atmosphere and service of the staff are due to their efforts and management.

The staff is professional and responds promptly. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The location is excellent. I misplaced my passport in the room, but thanks to the meticulous efforts of the supervisor, Ashraf, and a dedicated staff member, it was found. I'm grateful for their assistance.

The swimming pool isn't heated, and the water was quite cold.

The place is great, and the location is close to the services and special. The smile at the reception makes you feel comfortable. The room is spacious and clean, and I will not forget the balcony view of Amman at night. they give us Fruit Basket free upon arrival. thank you for everything.

It’s a well managed 4 star hotel with good receptionists. I stayed there for 3 nights, and had a good stay. Breakfast was good, and they changed menu every day. Room was quiet and spacious, but most of all, the hotel staff gave me a welcoming feeling. Near the entrance, there is a tour desk. The manager, Yasar is a honest and very care about how to make my days better. Very organized tour, and I enjoyed. Highly recommended.

None… but it’s 20 min by car from old town and attractions. I had a car and parked at the property free, but if you don’t have a car, you can easily take a taxi. Not expensive, use a taxiApp.

There was a mistake with my reservation at first, and mistakes happen anywhere, but how they dealt with the mistake was very impressive, I got an upgrade. Also, the hotel management and staff were very understanding they treated me very well. Everyone was super nice, and I got extra care as if I was in one of the most luxurious resorts. The value for money is totally worth it, and the pool is actually nice. House keeping were also friendly and helpful. The hotel manager actually contacted us in person, and he was keeping an eye on everything so people were feeling comfortable. I had friends coming over for a quick meeting and we were supposed to go to another hotel but I suggested us to stay with this hotel because we had everything we need and the room was very spacious so we stayed the 3 of us in the double room with a sofa bed which it self was so big and comfy. 😊😊😊

The room was excellent, clean, and spacious. Check-in was super easy and very pleasant. The staff was exceptional and took great care of everyone I only stayed two nights so I didn't get the most use of the facilities, however, I would definitely return. The location was perfect for my needs during my short stay, The room, lobby, pool, breakfast, amazing location next to shopping center The staff at Amman paradise were absolutely amazing, Every single one of them. The hotel is situated is a quiet neighbourhood in Amman. It's a good 4 star hotel that does not leave any wishes. The room is very convenient and clean. Good airco. The personel is great. Reception, cleaning, roomservice (very nice pizza's and sandwiches) We were superbly served in fact this counts for everyone, but esppecially by Heba and the chef Hassam (and his father). The swimmingpool is very convenient and clean. Great after a day in Amman to relax and cool down. the taxi to Amman only takes 2,5 / 3 JOD . Taxi's stop in font of the hotel.
