Staffs are extremely good. From front desk staff to restaurant staffs to security, all are extremely good and well behaved. Breakfast is good with multiple options.

The washroom door style is not at all good. There was no lock on washroom door and there is a judge gap and so there is no privacy at all. We need privacy when we travel with family. Even because of the door gap, sometimes toilet smell comes inside the room. I guess that you have made such kind of sliding door to save space but at least you should provide a lock. The door doesn't stop after closing and sometimes comes out of the slot. That's why I will not choose this hotel in future.

It was a very, very wonderful stay, and I will not forget to extend my sincere thanks to the employee Mohammed Semreen for his good performance, reception, and assistance to us. He is an ideal employee and always deserves the best. The general atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is wonderful, the pool is clean, and the food is delicious! The room is big and the king size bed is a plus. I took a private tour to Petra with Ahmed Madi and I would definitely recommend it. I took my time in Petra and all the road trip was smooth. It is a plus that they start the breakfast at 6:30am so we can make more time to sightseeing.

I booked this hotel because of swimming pool and gym which looked nice on the photos, but for my surprise, when I got there, the swimming pool was not taken care even though they would pump water every day in the morning. The gym was a little bit messy too… other than that, the hotel facilities were great.

Mena Tyche is a very nice hotel, lead by a friendly and welcoming team. The hotel is located in the well-established district Shmesani. They serve high quality breakfast with typical and super tasty Arabic food as well as hold a Gym and a Swimming pool, the latter opens from May 1st. The gentlemen at the front office, the room service, the restaurant team and the guards at the front entrance are super nice. All clean, safe and comfortable.

I had the most wonderful stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel team. As a wedding gift, they graciously upgraded my room and surprised me with delightful decorations, making my stay truly special. Every detail was carefully attended to, ensuring a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would like to extend a special thank you to Aya for her welcoming and friendly demeanor, which added an extra layer of warmth to my visit. I highly recommend MENA Tyche for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Everything is good , but falafel is a bit small and hard to chew needs improvement , and the room’s tea heater was smelly from noodles done before needs to be cleaned , But all over amazing property and i would come back again

It was good stying but there’s something missing in the room , you should offer ( the dry milk ) for coffee and Healthy sugars like stevia or any kind of brown sugar. And the TV 📺 very boring without internet 🛜 .

Could have done with a toaster in the breakfast area. Didn't spoil our stay, just an improvement opportunity ;-)

Location as it was a hilly area and walk is bit difficult, also apart from the Hotel restaurant and coffee shop there is no restaurants available near by
