Amazing Experience at Zaman Ya Zaman! I had an incredible stay at Zaman Ya Zaman! The staff—Amer, Khalid, Mary, and Hamam—were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, supportive, and respectful, making me feel so welcome throughout my visit. Their wonderful vibes and warm smiles truly enhanced my experience. We faced a problem with the heater and once we were informed they fixed it immediately The location of the hotel is perfect—everything you need is just a short walk away. Whether you’re exploring or simply relaxing, this place is ideal. I can’t recommend Zaman Ya Zaman enough and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. Khaled on the front desk manages the hotel professionally. Always friendly and useful with tourist advice. Mary in the house department prepares a healthy and large breakfast which is included in the room rate. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel is downtown, opposite the Roman amphitheater. The Roman citadel is within walking distance. The markets, coffee shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. I can’t fault this hotel for the price, location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff as well as the other international guests. It was a real pleasure staying here. It strongly influenced my positive impression of Jordan.

Perfect location - very easy to walk to all the main sights and incredible view of the amphitheatre from the breakfast terrace. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet given the location. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money

Our room there wasn’t a window to the outside, just onto the corridor. This was fine for us as it made it quieter (we were offered a different room with a view but were told it would be noisier for outside/road noise) so we were very happy with this

Everything, but the location and stuff are incredible! Not only can you see the Roman amphitheatre, but you are also in the heart of old Amman. Stuff are beyond amazing, so kind and helpful with anything you need. Let me stay a few hours after checkout, no charge or even discussions. Breakfast is in a beautiful room with great views.

Incredible friendly personell. Guys at the reception are able to solve almost anything for you. They also offer commented tour throuhg city, which is incredibly helpful, if you are first time in Amman. Rooms are tidy, but should use more furniture, at least a small comode or something. Also if you like quiet, ask for a room not facing the street. Thanks, Ibrahim and Khaled!

The property was beautiful with original and rustic features, the rooms were clean and the staff were always ready to help with any extras you may need Khaled at receptions was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Mary at the breakfast was so lovely always with a smile on her face and remembered how we liked our coffee (in a big mug)

Lovely friendly hotel in a good position. The rooms are nice and there is a lovely patio for breakfast. The staff are very friendly especially mr Khalid who was very helpful in arranging my bus ticket, Mr Maan who helped me on check in and. Miss Mary who made the delicious breakfast .

Would have liked more flexibility around accessing room key. We forgot to leave a room key to reception one evening and was already late to an event, the staff literally TRACKED us down as if we have stolen something. The need for always leaving room key with reception was never communicated when we checked in. Would highly recommend for hotel to make spare copies or have us given key deposit rather than forcing guests to leave room keys every time we want to go outside

It's located in the old part of the city just in front of the Roman Theatre, so it is very close to the main attractions. The room was simple but clean, with a balcony with a nice view . We liked the breakfast and the rooftop is definetly the best part. The staff is lovely and they can organize trips for you.

Our room was just in front of the Theatre and main road therefore it was noisy till late because of the traffic and horning. If you need to rest at early time,it is better to ask for an internal room if possible.

Location was fantastic, all the staff were great, good breakfast freshly cooked with views of the amphitheater from the restaurant
