Perfect location, right on the doorstep of Petra gate. The hotel staff were very attentive and super friendly. Service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out everything in the minibar was complementary. We stayed on fourth floor with Mountain View; and what a view it was! The rooftop pool is perfect for sunbathing with a beautiful view. The gym is great with every kind of equipment, it looks new and clean. I am still smiling about the chef making us cute teddy bear face pancakes at breakfast! Would stay here again.

A very pleasant stay. The staff was tremendously friendly. I got sick during my trip in Jordan and the staff was tremendously helpful. Immediately a doctor was called and helped whenever possible. I have not experienced such a friendly and cordial staff much. Also the room was very spacious and clean, everything was there that was needed. Also the food was very good. Located 2 minutes walk from the entrance to Petra and yet very quiet. In short, highly recommended.

Nothing, I really recommend this hotel.

This was definitely the best stay I had in Jordan. I was surprised that it turned out to be even better than some major chains I stayed at right before arriving in Petra. The whole building looked brand new, the room was sparkling clean with lots of complimentary stuff, great facilities, and a beautiful view. The location was just perfect, around 2 minutes from the main entrance to Petra. I think this is one of the best options in Petra.

This was the best hotel i have ever stayed in, ultra modern. Everything was exceptional. The staff were the best ever, especially at breakfast. Although a self-service buffet with such an excellent choice of food and fresh omelette, the waiter's helped by serving food to our table along with coffee and drinks. A waiter noticed i dropped a tomato on my trousers and immediately offered to bring me a towel and some hot water. I was so pleased. My mother is elderly so staff drove us to the Petra site entrance.

Everything was superb

I had an early arrival and asked the hotel if it's possible to drop off my luggage at the lobby (check in is at 14:00), so the hotel answered the same day that it's possible and they will keep my luggage. So, when I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am, they informed me that my room is ready - which was really amazing and so much appreciated. Everything is just so beautiful and clean, room was spacious, beautifully deocrated, amazing bed and pillows, amazing bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful as well, staff very very polite and attentive. I will be back.

The staff were great and very attentive. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the rooftop area with swimming pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed after long, hot walks around Petra. Lastly, the proximity to the Petra Visitor Centre was very helpful.

The food in the restaurant was uninspiring.

Special thanks to the Manager Mr Luay who followed up with us in anything we needed. The Chefs in morning breakfast are very nice giving us complementary fresh orange juice for my family . Water is overpriced 4 JOD a bottle or 6 dollars approximately. Food is very good . Overall a nice pleasant stay very convenient with families

Everything was perfect! They welcome us with ballons for our anniversary. Minibar was full and complimentary. We had connected rooms and it was great. The pool on the roof is the best thing. Food was great, staff very friendly and professional They have their own garage for cars. It is close to the entrance for Petra The view from terrace is amazing

Location was perfect, about as close as you can get to Petra Visitor center, and within easy walking distance of restaurant options in the evening. Gym was also very well-equipped, with a wide array of cardio and strength machines. Nice pool and hot tub also on the rooftop. Rooms were modern, and overall the hotel looks relatively new.

Location is phenomenal. The hotel is very cozy with a beautiful lobby area. The breakfast buffet was impressive. The lobby staff were very friendly. The service was excellent.

There was no buffet for dinner time due to the low season (understandable) and the A La Carte prices were high compared to restaurants in Amman.
