We arrived late at night, so it was closed, but after a brief phone call to the owner, we were met by a young lady from Africa who showed us around. She was very nice and friendly, brought us towels and provided us with the wifi. We were a group of 4 and apartment met our expectations. Large 2 bedrooms, very spacious living room, huge kitchen and bathroom. That could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't survive. Water was leaking from the sink, so there was water on the floor all over the bathroom. We paid on the spot in EUR, as we didn't manage to exchange the local currency and it was worth the money. We were leaving very early in the morning to visit Petra, so breakfast was left on the door handle in the morning. This wasn't the best-es idea as it all fell off when we opened the door. We went up to the reception dining area to eat the breakfast there, as there was a supply of tea and coffee, although it didn't look anything like on the pictures. Views of the city centre from the reception area were amazing. In overall, I would happily stay here again.

Water leakage in the bathroom, simple breakfast. Walk from the city centre/Petra was quite steep, but you obviously have to count with it.

The receptionist was very kind and considerate of us. The apartment was nothing special but it was cozy and comfortable for the four of us. The location is great for walking to Petra, and it overlooks Wadi Musa. Thanks for a wonderful stay and being so kind to us! 🙏

The water took a while to get warm while showering and the toilet bowl or shower water was always leaking into the floor.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive and quickly responded to any requests we had. We could even do a late check out for free. Nice breakfast was included. The apartment size was great for our group and tea/coffee included. The equipment and furniture was simple but overall everything was very good value for money. Especially if you have a rental car it's great a great location with free parking in front of the door.

Nothing essential was missing and again the place was very good value for money. The only things that could be improved is the water pressure/shower and the quality of the dishes.

Very near to Petra. Staff Ms Lea is very kind ti give all the necessary information we need to know which best restaurant to eat. Very accommodating at the same time, 10/10

although we didn’t use the kitchen, the soap and the sponge should be changed. its very dirty. also the exposed pipes in the bathroom needs to be covered. Overall, we are still satisfied

Rakan apartment is spacious apartment located 5 minutes driving distance of the Petra visitor center. Luckily, we had car so it was easy to reach after long days of hiking in Petra, parking on the property is big and free. If we had to walk to apartment would be terrible. We got eveything we expected, big apartment with 2 huge rooms and 1 bathroom, all of which were clean and comfy. Facilities were good. Apartment has kitchen which is not the cleanest part but we weren’t gonna use it so didn’t have problem with it. Breakfast in the morning is decent, tea and coffee are amazing. Check in and check out went smoothly and stuff is lovely and helpful. Definitly would recomend Rakan apartments for stay at Petra.

No downfalls, everything is as you expect for the price and location.

The receptionist Leia provided us exceptional insight, very helpful. She suggested some nice places to visit. The hospitality is amazing. The rooms also had wonderful heating, a full sized kitchen, hot water in the bathrooms overall very clean. Additionally the property has a great view.

I wouldn't change Rakan Apartments even after a million years. We were a group of 6 people and We got a super spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and all necessary amenities needed plus the breakfast was better than every other place we traveled. It was definitely worth the money we paid. We also decided to stay one more night and that was not a problem at all. I can't recommend them enough! We already spread the word back home so expect overflow of Macedonians in the future! Best Regatds from Skopje :)

Everything clean and comfortable but the staff is the best thing about the place. Leia especially. Extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. She gives the best advice from food to how you should do the Petra tour. Definitely worth staying there

Breakfast was satisfying. Beds were comfortable. The apartment was huge. We could have used it more widely if we stayed longer.

I realised just on arrival that towels were not included in the price - or we didn't find them:-) (thanks God we had our own, so actually it wasn't a problem, it's just a notice)

Excellent location... excellent receptionist...the girl from gana is so helpful and trusty that she give us the room in a minute. We were extremely tired and they helped us a lot. I need an extra bed and the Yamani guy provided it with no time. Amazing view of wadi Musa...The breakfast was limited items but we're fresh and tasty.

I wish they could keep some restaurants menus to help the visitors to deliver the food.
