Great location rvery close to the old town, possible to walk to all the main sights of Mombasa. The hotel is clean and well maintained for the local standard, AC was working fine which is a must seeing how hot and humid is Mombasa! They also do long term baggage depositi, which is very nice in some occasions.

There is a mosque 20 meters away with concert-style speakers pointed in all directions, including the hotel windoes. You'll be sure to be woked up at 4:30am by the muezzin blasting his voice at full power.. But I guess it's a problem of all hotels in the cneter seeing so many mosques around.

J AReal bargain in a great location - staff were all lovely, letting us change room due to noise on the street! Shower was fantastic and having not had air con since arriving in Kenya it was wonderful to be able to chill in a nice clean room with ac and a smart TV - a real gem of a hotel and lots of exciting developments in work that will make it even better (rooftop pool and restaurant!)

Its directly between two mosques so the call to prayer was super loud from the rooms, however in some its minimised if you avoid windows overlooking the main road. Also still some building work going on above but only some banging during the day so don't be dissuaded just wanted to be transparent. Building work will be finished soon too.

The Breakfast was very nice with various options. The lady in charge was quite friendly and seems to care. Also receptionists there are very nice people and always want to help. I just lied the convenience of the location to other parts of the city.

While the food offering was great, sometimes it looks like the restaurant was not live at all. Sometimes we would pop in for Lunch or dinner and no one was around. Also, sometimes the wait for the breakfast may seem to take a bit long but totally understandable given that there is really no formal restaurant services. They should ask for access to the pool at the top so we enjoy ourselves to the maximum

Excellent location ,only 30 minutes walk from fort Jesus. The young girls at the reception were helpful and charming.The swahili breakfast was good.Wifi was speedy.

Our room looked rather tired and bathroom was a bit smelly.The mosque next door can give light sleepers some late night trouble.

The hotel is located in the city center of Mombasa and provides easy access to the old town and the Fort. The hotel is in a high-rise building with a security guard. Despite the old building, the rooms were clean and sufficient for a one-night stay. One positive aspect was the handheld shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was modest but adequate.

Everything about the place was fabulous specially Ibrahim the room cleaner was friendly and helpful not forgetting the front desk guy and lady who both were professional and always helpful

The breakfast is not what is advertised .. it's eggs with toast and 2 small samosa or 2 small sausages with tea. ALSO the WATER 💧 is SALTY, The place has NO FRESH WATER. It was a struggle taking a SHOWER.

The room was neat, and the receptionist was helpful .

Breakfast is served very late.. For people waking up earlier to go about their business,they get very disappointed. Kindly prepare your breakfast earlier.

The room was ok, clean. Fast wifi. Breakfast was standard. Location is good (close to the bus station to Lamu, walking distance to Old Town). The view over Mombasa from top is AMAZING. Plus great sunrises and good sunsets. I'll be back later this month. Good price value ratio. Friendly staff.

You can't open windows as they open to a public balcony around half of the building. One note to mention: the tower (14 floors) is still under construction. Only the first two floors are finished. The hotel is on the second floor. During my 2 night stay was absolutely no disturbing noise. So, it should not be an issue.

The staff was good and helped change rooms for any malfunction. A good breakfast. The room was clean. comfortable bed . refrigerator. Air-Conditioner . Everything works without a fault. Problem with the water heater.

The water heater did not work well. They changed my room. In addition, the hotel is adjacent to two mosques. At 4:00 in the morning, the mosque's muezzin wakes up.

Really helpful, kind, friendly staff. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed and a fairly large bathroom. I was surprised at this price point they have a fridge in the room (many places don't!). The breakfast was simply but tasty and well presented. The chef and his colleague were smiling despite the early hour and really felt like they enjoyed their jobs. I had an issue outside of the hotel (had nothing to do with the hotel) and the manager and owner went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation and it was so impressive to be helped in a difficult situation when they didn't have to. Highly recommend to visitors who want to be close to the old town.
