The hotel is well accessible to many areas including the CBD,airport and going to the beach areas. The room size was big and spacious with a very beautiful creek view 😍. The hotel staffs are really amazing and friendly. The housekeeping staff incharge of cleaning my room Hassan,the guy did a very good job and cheers.

I was truly disappointed with the hotel menu and the food quality was not upto standard unfortunately I got food poisoning from having butter chicken curry with rice. I shared this with the reception staffs and I think the management should atleast take some action. I had to end my business tour which I was supposed to go to malindi for 2 days but retreated back to Nairobi for immediate medical attention. The management need to take serious caution about the food quality and food safety.

A great location, with wonderful staff and for us it was great value for many due to a special deal on Booking.com. After some discussion of the price of an extra bed with the customer service desk, we resolved the issue with the local manager. The breakfast is extensive, coffee is great (if available) and the pool very clean and wel-kept. Also the included dinner offers sufficient options, both local and international food. Also the gym is wel equipped and everything functions! We would love to visit again!

The bathrooms are clean, but probably due to the water quality it seems like a lot of calcium or salt sticks to the taps etc. This makes it seem

Loved the view and the convenient location for both exploration of Mombasa and getting to the airport in the morning as well. We had a great time at the pool bar which has cool vibes, music, food and cocktails and you can swim until midnight. The rooms were quite spacious as was the balcony and bathrooms with really hot shower, even good water pressure and working AC. The breakfast and dinner buffet were tasty and worth the money. We did not have lunch. Staff was very helpful and always polite

Only the balcony door seemed impossible to lock but there is a room safe and security at all times so I was not bothered. The pillows were a bit lumpy and could be replaced but the bed was comfy otherwise.

-The location was very good , close to the city and some attractions. -The rooms were very clean upon check in and also during the stay the rooms were maintained clean, -Fatma was very good when we went to the restaurant, she was extremely friendly, helpful and kind . - The guy from the guest service was very approachable ( I’m really bad in names ) he is tall and dark and was at our service all the time . - Will definitely recommend this place .

- Upon arrival as I had requested double bed setup it was not available so I end up getting to a quite good room with a king size and they put extra bed for me , although it was very good room I was looking forward to have the mosquito nets on both and it was explained to me that they would change for me the following day . -The following day they did change for me to a room with double bed but compared to the one before the room was quite out dated , the door safety chain was missing I had to drag one chair next to the door for my safety concern . - There is no peep holes on the door thus making it impossible to know whom you are opening to .

The room was always clean and really comfortable. The walls were well insulated so there was no noise interference from the other guests at the hotel. The assortment of furniture in the room made it feel like home as I could work on the desk, use the vanity in the morning and lounge on the settee provided. This was a welcomed feeling as a number of hotels really only give you the bed as a furniture option. The room also has a functioning AC that allowed me to cool down after work. I had the ocean view, and it was delightful to sit on the balcony and work while looking out at the ocean. The food was really good, I especially enjoyed the breakfast variety. The menu could do with a larger sea food section and a better dinner buffet but all in all compliments to the chef. The room service was great and convenient for when I did not feel like going down to the restaurant. The deserts were decadent. There was a pool but I had no time to use it so I can't comment on it. The gym was well equipped and open 24/7. I enjoyed it. The lounge had a well-stocked bar and a fantastic bartender. The staff at CityBlue are extremely professional and delightful. From check-in at the reception to the wait staff and the cleaning staff. At breakfast Faith would always check in on the guest to see if anything was needed. Rachel was fantastic at answering queries at reception and Chiko always helped with my bags. I wish I could name drop each and every single one of them because they all made my stay extra delightful.

The dinner buffet was a little underwhelming considering how great the meals were all week round. The chicken was really dry and for a coastal destination there was no seafood which I found shocking and comical.

the location was close to Mombasa center and the creek was really beautiful The staff was helpfull and always friendly. The rooms were big and airy and also the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Especially the following staff members were great: Faith John and Magdalenah at the Poolbar James and Rajab, the gardners and pool caretaker. Chico Penninah. she made the most beautiful artworks from our towels.

The music at the Poolbar was too loud. You couldn't really have a nice conversation or relax.

First of all, as you entered the hotel the customer service I had received was extremely amazing, luggage’s were taking to my room without asking. It was the easiest I’ve ever checked in, my details were already printed and just needed payment… I had an extra guest staying with me and that wasn’t an issue, the room was upgraded from a double to a twin room without any extra charges which I thought was amazing from them. The room was very tidy and clean not one bit of dust. As I was reading the past reviews it said that the bathroom needed refurbishment but now I think they have as everything was modern. The pool and gym was even better than I thought and the pool bar and the bartenders even better than I received anywhere else I’ve visited.

My room overlooked the inner courtyard, with nice greenery and offering a balcony where I could soak in the peaceful atmosphere. The spacious layout featured two separate beds, each with mosquito nets and A/C, along with a TV for entertainment. Despite minor issues, the overall experience offered great value for money.

The sink in my room at appeared old and somewhat dirty, indicating a need for replacement. This detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. Additionally, the bathroom could use brighter lights and some refreshment as well. I recommend addressing this issue promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.

The location of the hotel is very nice , just beside the creek. We got a room in the top most floor so the view was very nice. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Amenities was good too. Ac worked just fine.

The location was very beautiful but little inconvenient becaz the nearest place to eat was almost a mile away, and as it is just beside a highway, the road became very shaddy in the evening. The Tv in our room did not work properly as well.

The staff are pleasant and always ready to help out. I liked the space of the room - excellent The environment is clean, peaceful and well maintained. Great ambience Breakfast was great and there was lots of variety.

The menu - for the two nights I was served fish and meat. Please have variety Block B is a bit noisy at night from the passing vehicles- not sure if there's much to be done. The rains are here and my room B20 collected lots of water right at the doorstep. I was kept waiting at check in - was later told there were only 2 staff members on duty. One was manning the desk while the other had escorted other visitors. I had to wait for long. The garden view was just ok unlike my previous visit where I got the sea view.
