Found this hotel online , and originally it was only my intention to stay for 1 or 2 nights , but i ended up staying for 31 nights in Total !!! , I Loved my room overlooking the Beautiful swimming pool , it was Perfect for my needs the staff are excellent , especially the Lady on Reception she is top Class , and also the Hotel Manager and the Owner are both very nice People , who genuinely value there Guests and will do what ever they can to help , it is so greatly Appreciated , probably more than they know it is . I plan another trip back to Kenya in June this year , and without a doubt part of my holiday will be spent at this Hotel , when I'm in this area . I stayed in room 212 for the whole of February , and without a doubt I'll be requesting the same room again.

not much I didn't like to be Honest , which is why i stayed for 31 days in total , rather than the 1 - 2 days i had originally Planned . This is not a 5 star hotel , but it does not charge the Prices of a 5 star Hotel , they know there market , and they look after there Guests in a Great way for the Prices they charge , a realistic Hotel , with realistic prices , and an excellent Staff , If i was being forced to pick 1 thing I didn't like , it would be this , I sent my clothes to the Hotel Laundry to be cleaned , and when they came back they had not been Ironed , that would be my only small thing, that i could say that did not impress me , but i liked everything else .

The hotel is in a pretty good shape and the rooms (1BR Apartement) in my case are functional equipped. The staff is always helpful and friendly. You need to know that the management doesnt allow alcohol in the hotel (but at least in the room they dont mind).

The only thing is the menue.... several items have not been available and drinks didnt get stocked up. I think a smaller menue, where all dishes are available would be better and wouldnt bring the staff into the situation, not to explain, why things are not there (and have never been). I didnt like the breakfast so much.....thats my personal view......but for the price it was pretty much okay.

The meals were delicious & fresh, they have two swimming pools which were always clean & sparkling, the double rooms were cozy, and most of their amenities meet our expectations. Plus, the strategic location near vibrant Mtwapa town was a delightful bonus. The General Manager and the attentive staff catered to our every need, making our stay truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

the wifi was rather erratic, some tv screens blurry with limited choice of channels

Everything you needed was there. A safe a refrigerator, hot water wifi good beds, airco, breakfast. A swimming pool.

The security is very strict. That means that only you can enter your room. Even the cleaner cannot enter without your card. . So if you keep the card with you all the time than there is no cleaning. You leave it at the desk. But good to tell the new guests. Only the manager can help you if your safe failed to open. So at night he is at home and you have to wait to the next day. Not good there should be a substitute.

This is a Hotel you should go to. The rooms are nice and clean. Even linnen and bathroom is above standard in Mtwapa. The staff is very friendly and helping. The people of the management I met are well educated and willing to help. all in all you get exactly what you see in the internet.

The only thing you have to know is about the location. Out of the point that Mtwapa is developing very fast unfortunately the infrastructure is not. Its not the fault of the hotel, but to access the place you better take a taxi. Boda-Boda's get easiely stuck in the sandy roads around. I assume this will change with time.

I really loved my first stay in prestige, all the stuff is very friendly and helpful, the apartment was big enough and everything was working well, the food in the restaurant was delicious, it's a nice and quiet place and close to everything else in mtwapa. I'll definitely come back again...thanks to prestige for a lovely vacation!

The bed was too short for a tall person like me. Everything else was ok.

Was exactly as displayed in booking.com, so no surprises. Great value for money, the restaurant was nice too.

Walking from a nearby point, in the town center is almost impossible due to the roads leading to the hotel being flooded but thankfully, bolt services came in handy.

The location is great, in a quiet place walking distance to the center, no far from copacabana beach, Hotel has nice pool, well equipped apartment, good not expansive restourant, liberal access to hotel guests and open to agreement in favor of guest comfort. Friendly atmosphere. Part of the hotel was under reconstruction, but on request I managed to change the apartment to a quieter part of the hotel.

Apartment cleaning was not at the level of other services. Long wait for cleaning or some other requests.

The hotel is friendly and accommodative. I loved that the pool is clean, very good place to spend with your family. The front desk and manager are willing to hear you and attend to your needs.

There are small room service mishaps that could improve for self-catering stays. Just to ensure each room gets it's deserved amenities. But all in all they are doing their best to make your stay comfortable.

Breakfast, location, very friendly female staff, A/C and fan, bathroom and hot shower, daily cleaning of room, excellent security, excellent wi-fi, guest-friendly.

Construction noise and dust, cold swimming pool, many male staff (breakfast) were not particularly friendly.
