Clean, spacious rooms, good communication with the reception.

You have to choose among specific things for breakfast and there is not much variety. The first day we had an obviously bored waitress and we kept on asking her to fetch us things. For instance, we had ordered pancakes with honey and if we hadn't ask for the honey she would never have brought it on her own. Another thing is that they don't serve alcohol and we had to have juice with our dinner. I think this information has to be available when booking.

The room itself was very nice and spacious. It was also clean, and has anything you'd require for your stay. The bed was big and spacious, and the tabletop size more than sufficient.

There was a smell at times, but from outside, not necessarily from the hotel. The staff could also be friendlier. The location was also not the best, but was easy to get around with Uber.

Amazing. Clean, simple, the washrooms have an arabic shower which is a big plus point for Those who don't depend on tissues!! You get slippers as well. That's a plus point for those who are clean conscious. The best part: because I am a regular client(this was my 4th stay in a year if I am not mistaken), they offered me late checkout because my return flight was in the evening. And they also accepted my request of giving me a room on the 9th floor. Thank you so much reception team!

The room I stayed in was much bigger than I anticipated and it was really good value for money. The staff were great and bed was really comfortable. It was also centrally located. Having stayed in a similar priced hotel in the area after, I can confirm this is the best you can get for your money quality wise.

There wasn't too much complaints. I wouldn't use the laundry service even though it was an external supplier. They charged me £30 for what shouldn't have costed more than £5. I was in a rush so couldn't chase. Also I was disappointed that after staying 14 days and returning a 3rd time, they wouldn't offer me a good rate or even the same rate I stayed my first time.

The staff at the reception is very comfortable. When you report a problem, they are indifferent and treat me like that. They lie on the reception chair and just listen. Unfortunately, there is no help.breakfast was inadequate air conditioning fan no ventilation

The room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed too. I was impressed NETFLIX was available. Improvement: Would be nice to provide safe box in the room for storing sensitive personal document/items.

Stayed in Room 804, water pressure in the shower is terrible. Water was dripping from the shower head even when opened at full strength, the dripping got worse to droplets when you turned on the hot shower system which did not heat the water at all. I had to wipe myself down with a cold face tower...

The professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. The location is excellent as well with plenty of retail and restaurants within walking distance and very close to the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

There is some construction going on in the area so you get a little noise but nothing to the point where it's overwhelmingly disturbing the stay.

Room is spacious and has a working TV. The restaurant in the hotel is not too expensive and food is tasty. Staff is the best! We were able to safely store our luggage with them while on a 4 day safari. Very trustworthy.

Cleaning is poor. The room is not dirty per se, but it's not sparkling clean either. You can tell cleaning is superficial. We moved the night tables and there was dust, small garbage and hairs on the floor next to the wall. So that tells me they sweep and mop around the furniture, but they don't preform a deep clean. Behind the bed was the same. The shower didn't have clean walls. You have to scrub all the bathroom walls, from floor to ceiling, between guests. Nobody wants to find hairs or dry buggers in the shower walls (found them in 2 different rooms so I can testify is their cleaning and not bad luck).

The staff was friendly and engaging, yet left me alone to work when I needed. The room & facilities were clean and my request for early check in was answered. I felt safe. internet connection was excellent.

I asked to have a kettle in the room and was very happy to have one but seems that servicing it (changing the mugs & spoon) wasn’t intuitive and require special requests.
