Very nice and clean with all the amenities needed for a family with kids. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious. My kids specially loved the ice skating rink.

It would have been nice to have the breakfast area in the same building.

Hotel was nice and spacious. view was stunning. Breakfast was good. Perfect for families there was a fully funished kitchen with stove and dish washer and washing machine.

Parking is a nightmare. Every time you want to get to the hotel from the parking with your car you need to drive around the block. Need to verify parking everytime you go in and out of the hotel parking lot. Parking gets really full and is shared by 2 hotels plus a mall. Breakfast is not in the same building which is also an inconvieniance.

Beware Galleria is apartments for families, regency is a hotel.

Room - We had the two bed room apartment. It was great, roomy and clean. Two full bathroom helped for 4 ppl. Full kitchen is there if needed. I wan able to make tea in the morning. Did not have any coffee machine.

Window need to be clean from outside. Need more restaurant options. Available restaurant are expensive for the food they serve. Front desk staff can be more friendly.

- Nice staff - Fully Equipped apartment - All facilities are available within the hotel facilities. - Presence of shopping mall and supermarket as part of the complex.

-As two bedrooms apartment one toilet is not enough. - They don’t have a non smoking apartment - Available Free parking but almost fully occupied and needs to wait 20-30 minutes to get parking spot specially at night time.

Nice property for families and friends. Strategically located for many places of interest.

Wish there was a dryer in the room and some extra glasses and cups. And for breakfast wish there were some local food to experience the local delicacies.

I like everything about it. We went to Dubai for tour but going home to our hotel we don't even want to come out. Staff are very generous with our requests, may it be towels, tissues, they give you more than you ask. So worth it! Thank you!
