The holy Quran book or any holy books should be optional Before checking inn… The people is using it as a note and this is disrespectful all religion. I asked the management but they told me it part of their policy and they should calculate this in advance.

The swimming pool was under maintenance for the whole stay and I didn’t receive any email about it. I was upset as I made the reservation especially for the beautiful swimming pool I saw on their website. When I was told so at the reception desk on my arrival, I told them I was upset but they didn’t do anything to try and make my stay happier. The hotel is beautiful and the staff (especially housekeeping Manis) is amazing.

Very polite staff, settle all the requests fast, except the valet personnel, they were a little slow. I enjoyed the design of the room. While travelling with kids or other people tho pay attention, because they have rooms with see-through walls in the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t lock. I really enjoyed how clean the room was, the view was nice and there’s a lot of light.

The safe in my room was faulty. No shower cabin in the room

She helped me book some great tours and was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. she was super knowledgeable about the list of activities one can do in Dubai. she handpicked few for me and always followed up to make sure I get most out of them. Her personable nature and helpful attitude were a true testament to her and the hotel's dedication to customer service.

Nice, clean hotel with good value for money, very close (10 mins walk) to the Marina. Good breakfast. Interesting and modern room with bathroom glass walls.

There was a party in the hotel on Friday evening and the music was very loud until 2:00 am. It was at the 8th or 9th floor and our room was at the 17th floor but we could still hear it. The building management should do something about it... they could add noise insulation to that area and maybe ask them to turn the volume down a bit. We would have loved to party with them but we had a reservation to Burj in the next morning. I noticed a lot of reviews with similar complains so the management must take action: noise insulation is not a SF thing especially for Dubai.

Beautiful clean hotel. Just about 10 minutes walk to metro station which gives you access to everywhere. Dubai is very spread out so travelling is necessary. We used Careem ap for taxi that way we knew how much we were paying. I would recommend you download this ap and also use it for transfer from airport. Taxis are well priced. The metro is very handy and you can get a card for day for about €5. Would recommend you include breakfast as fantastic choices. Our last morning we had an early flight but shadlum I think they was receptionist babe arranged a breakfast box of fruit and croissants for us. Great variety of food in different restaurants in this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was a bit small and we personally did not like the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom but that’s just a personal thing and has no refer room on the operation of the hotel. We went for new year so prices were high so just avoid high season.

I had an exceptional stay at Media One Hotel Dubai with my 14-year-old son, who was celebrating his birthday during our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room upgrade was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast spread each morning was both varied and delicious. A special thank you to Paula, whose personal touches truly made our stay unforgettable. She thoughtfully arranged a birthday dessert and a card for my son, making him feel incredibly special on his big day. These small gestures created wonderful memories and highlighted the hotel’s dedication to personalized service. Media One exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience in Dubai.

I've stayed here many times over the years, it's my go-to place if i'm having a weekend away with friends, reasons being: - great location if you tend to go out around Dubai Marina/Palm/JBR - much cheaper than nearby hotels - close to the beach (Barasti) We got to the hotel at 9am after an overnight flight and they let us check in early, which was appreciated. The pool bar on the 8th always tends to be good too.

The hotel pool is mainly in the shade. I didn't use it this time as just went to beach clubs during the day, and it's been fine when I have used it - you can have too much sun - but it's worth noting in case you're looking to spend your days there.

Super breakfast & great waiting staff. Food always fresh & plenty of it. Room & bed comfortable, but I disliked the open aspect of a glass wall between bathroom & bedroom. I'd prefer more privacy when showering etc. Location is great for a stroll to the marina. Suited us for our needs though. Shame too there's no sun around the pool after a few hours. This is very common in some hotels in Dubai due to the height of neighbouring properties.

We arrived after a long flight overnight from the UK. Other hotels have offered us breakfast even though we had not checked in & couldn't till later. I understand the rooms may need to be cleaned etc & not ready for us , but the hard sell at reception to go get some much needed refreshments e.g a coffee didn't go down well! We ended up paying for 4 breakfasts!
