All the staff are very friendly and had gone extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hunter was very helpful who recommended us some touristy destinations, local cafes and helped us book Yakiniku restaurants. There was a hiccup in the hotel room and William was swift to assist and rectify the situation. We appreciated the Kimpton Daan team who made us feel like home during our stay. The hotel breakfast was also very good!

We stayed for two nights at the hotel suite. The first night we consistently saw and killed a few tiny flies. William had quickly rectified and offered us another room and the next day made sure the housekeeping was thoroughly done. He also made sure that we were okay the next day.

I kept this hotel as the last treat of a week-long trip in Northern Taiwan, and it was such a great treat! Everything was perfect in this hotel to fulfill my Millenial hopes. Staff was helpful, warm and personalised every interaction in a kind and genuine way. The room was superb and so so socomfortable. I really enjoyed the complimentary "morning starter" breakfast and afternoon social drinks. Although I didn't use the bikes available, I would have if it had not been raining. Everything was perfect: the elegant and modern decoration, the nice tea and coffee, the beauty products in the bathroom, the bedlinens and pillows, ... I will definitely come back to this stunning hotel.

We didn’t add breakfast as an option but we loved the fact that fresh coffee and croissants were absolve every morning between 7am and 10.30am. Ethan even had takeout coffee and a box of croissants for us to take with us after early checkout! Hunter and William on reception superb too - restaurant themed nights fantastic and Friday free drinks and nibbles. Superb in everything throughout the hotel.

Absolutely nothing - I’d give this higher ratings than 10 for service and for it being a new fresh example of hospitality and going the extra mile. We don’t see standards this high anywhere.

location is very central to major department stores and laneway fashion shops, very convenient to access two main MRT lines. the hotel had a cozy happy hour every evening, could be quite social if travelling alone.

we booked early so committed to a higher price, the hotel would build goodwill if they offered upgrade on the day (as the price we paid is higher than the price for a better room that was available that day)

The hotel has a great atmosphere, staff you very helpful and friendly. I liked the attention to detail made in the rooms, easy to work aircon controls and lighting. I loved the morning tea, coffee and hot soya milk with small snacks espeically, the evening social hour where guests gathered to relax with staff on hand to ask or answer questions or just get to know there guest. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, modern, simplistic design with free coffee/ tea/ soya milk and pastry in the morning, even though we didn’t get a room with breakfast. Also free flow drinks in the evening. Right opposite a shopping mall Sogo, and the Eastern district for all sorts of trendy shops and restaurants.

Could use a couch in the room. Mostly pleasant and comfortable otherwise

The staff for one AMAZING! We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable, the wifi and amenities were great, and being close to the metro made exploring the city so convenient. The bar inside was also a nice touch. Overall, it was the best hotel stay we've ever had. Highly recommend!

Superb location as the hotel is situated just 2 mins walk away from the nearest MRT. Bed is heavenly, while the shower is awesome. Every detail is taken care of at this premise.

Not much - the overall experience was fantastic. Though the flooring of the room is rather peculiar (not the usual carpets), but I assume there is a good reason to it.

Very helpful staff with a good attitude and service level. Complimentary happy hour complete with tasty snacks. Excellent location. Very comfortable bed.

Be aware that this is a pet hotel. Expect insta posting wannabes wearing cats and dogs as fashion accessories accompanied by a background chorus of yelping, pram-based poodles. The room appears designed primarily for social media posts rather than ergonomics or comfort. It's dark and bare, with a plastic covered floor that is presumably protection against the aforementioned animals.

I think the staffs are very freingly and helpful. The manager at night time is very courtesy and generous. Free flow coffee &snack and bar ( in the evening) in the lobby are great. Great Location, lot of restaurants and few steps from MRT zhongxiaofusing. Nice and clean.
