What I liked: Staff : Outstanding service—polite, helpful, and attentive to all needs. Facilities : Excellent amenities, including a luxurious pool, gym, and well-maintained interiors. Cleanliness : Spotless rooms and common areas, reflecting high standards of hygiene. Comfort : Spacious, well-designed rooms with cozy beds and modern facilities. Value for Money : A luxurious experience at a reasonable price. Food : The dining options were superb, offering a variety of high-quality and flavorful dishes.

What I didn’t like: Location : It is not very close to the airport especially during peak hours. Heavy traffic can make the commute worse, affecting convenience for airport transfers.

The lobby was spacious, vibrant, and secure. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and other essential amenities, while maintaining a tranquil and clean atmosphere.

I encountered some challenges in the breakfast area. It was quite crowded, and several items had already run out by the time I arrived. As a result, I found it difficult to secure a cup of tea. The parathas appeared to be pre-cooked and merely reheated, which affected their freshness. Additionally, the continental breakfast offerings were only partially filled, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in a lack of tidiness and organization in the area. Overall, my breakfast experience did not meet expectations.

We love to stay at Welcomhotel by ITC group because of its ambience. We stayed in Welcomhotel in different cities. In this property breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was neat & clean. Housekeeping staffs were prompt in their service.

We checked in the property very late I.e. in the evening. Since our flight time was in the evening next day, we requested reception staff to allow us late check out for couple of hours but he told only 1 hr can be allowable since all room was booked ( though I knew many rooms were unoccupied) but when I approached that if we can stay with extra charges since my family was feeling tired then surprisingly he told that we can stay 4-5 hrs but they will charge 4000/-., which we had to pay. Frankly speaking we didn’t expect it from the Welcomhotel group staff.

I liked the staff , God great assistance at checkin by rizwana and at checkout was made so smooth by Rahul. He went out of he way to make things done on time as we had a flight to catch and he was very polite. I would love to visit the hotel again because of Rahul the reception 😀. He was considerate. Rizwan upgraded us may be as that time a better room was available, but that made us feel welcome and that will be a definite factor in us wanting to revisit. The other thing I loved about ITC is their initiative to give employment to the disabled. There was a mute guy who helped us loading our luggage. Though he couldn't speak, he did a great job and was an inspiration for us too, the way he was independent. I wish other hotels would take an initiative like the ITC. I'm a very frequent traveller and loved the comfort and decor. The location is superb . You can get everything of need . Only you need to have like half hour for the airport . This means it's different than atrocity in terms of distance but it's doable anyways when you look at rates and comfort. Overall Great value for money Great location Safe extremely for families or solo Nice eating places and saloons just 15 min away In Delhi...for frequent visitors It's a must try experience

The dining area was over busy. Mostly you are by yourself in a buffey area. Its pricey too as comapred to other hotels. Food is good but not great. Oevrbusy and no proper tabke boys to attend ... feels like you are at an airport. Thats an area they shoudl work on in future. We are talking about this from experience.of other equally renowned hotel groups.

Well-priced hotel for my single-person booking. About 30 mins by car from the airport, and the location is closer to a broader range of activities than staying at the airport. The hotel is a classic 5-star hotel with good service, pool etc. Short 10-minute Uber ride to several indoor malls such as Vegas Mall and Dwarka Walk/Soul City Mall and a shopping area less than 2km away at Kargil Chowk. The king room I stayed in was very spacious, with everything I needed. Staff were helpful. There is a houselholds/grocery store and an Evergreen restaurant on the bottommost floor of the building (accessed from outside the hotel). The Pavillion 75 restaurant offers a sufficient variety of multi-cuisine options and was quite good.

The hotel is a little old, the mall that it was once attached to closed down some years ago and there was mild construction taking place during my stay. The windows in my room and in the lifts were covered with translucent screen material so there was not much of a view from my 12th story window. There were 2 functioning restaurants but Kebabs and Curries restaurant is closed on Mondays limiting options. Water in the shower was a little slow to heat up (over a minute before hot water comes in). Options for alcoholic beverages were slightly limited and they were a bit pricey. The wifi was a little bit inconsistent, slowing down completely at times. But I feel these were relatively minor issues and I was generally happy with my 2-night stay.

I recently stayed at Welcome Hotel Dwarka for three weeks, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received, especially from the front office team. Rahul Bhatia, a front office staff member, was incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. He always ensured my urgent work needs were met by extending my stay whenever necessary. Rahul's hospitality is truly outstanding, making him a valuable asset to the hotel. Sandeep from the front desk also deserves a special mention. He took great care of all my needs, from handling my luggage to arranging car parking and fulfilling any other requirements. His helpfulness and dedication were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the Food and Beverage staff at Pavilion 65 restaurant were amazing. They consistently catered to my preferences for breakfast and dinner, ensuring a delightful dining experience every time. I highly recommend Welcome Hotel Dwarka for its exceptional service, outstanding hospitality, and great value for money. Whether you're staying in Dwarka or nearby, this hotel is a must-visit.

Room was clean and great comfort hotel. Breakfast and dinner exceed expectations.I would like to personally thanks fo the staff and quality services.Earlier I stayed in Radisson in Gurgaon and very disappointed with staff behaviour and over cleanliness of the property and cost was quite high than what I paid in this hotel.

Hotel staff missed the request two times .. One I asked for water in the night and noone delivered it and second I asked to charge my phone because I lost my charging cable somewhere .I called two times but no staff showed up.

One the best hotel to stay reasonable price , room was nice and clean 😍 , all staff and service provided by staff was great ❤️.. Positive points : location was around 30 minutes from international airport. Room was nice and clean feel fresh all amenities provided by them was great thank you room attendant. Staff was amazing 🤩 respectful and helping . Negative point : as soon as you step out of the room you feel strong smell in air due air quality of new I guess at least you can’t smell it in room thank god. No dought service of staff was great but their food was not up to the mark as standard of 5 star hotel please use proper ingredients for cooking ..anyway Chef was nice❤️ and apologised us as well and offered us alternatives but still I would recommend that it’s an international tourist hotel please prepare proper dessert and food accordingly. Other than that no issue loved this place still and would recommend to anyone 😁

Strong pungent smell in the air ( air pollution)

Superior guest services, managers go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of, we had some travel logistics we needed help with and Maya was terrific. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms excellent, and beds and bedding were the most comfortable we have found. Breakfast is super. There is secure parking on site and strong Wifi. Unlimited bottled water is provided along with an electric kettle and mini fridge in the room. Everything we needed for a lovely stay.

The welcome reception and hospitality of the staff a the reception desk was very good. We had a hassle-free check-in. The room and the amenities within it were decent. They relevant items were refilled everyday and room was cleaned everyday. For most meals, we had in-room dining. The in-room menu had several options, and tried varieties out of them. The ordering for the in-room dining was hassle free and promptly attended. The in-room service was quick and very pleasant. Each of the food item was very well-prepared and delicious, we enjoyed them. The house-keeping assistance was lightning fast and well attended. We had a very minor issue with the hot water flow, and when informed, the service was prompt and effective. The morning buffet breakfast (included in our booking) was superb, with lots of varieties and delicacies. The buffet area Pavilion 75 was very well managed, maintained and attended by the managers and staffs. All the hotel staffs were very polite and decent in dealing with our requests. Special mention goes to Rahul in the helpdesk and all others who attended us. The check-out was also quick and hassle free. While checking out, from service manager to the security person at the gates, all asked about the comfort of our stay. Overall, in a short span of two weeks, we stayed twice, and both times, we had a very nice experience. Both times we needed to extend the stay by a day, and the necessary arrangement was made very amicably while attending our special requests.

Everything was nice as per us. During our second stay, during the Buffet breakfast, we noticed that juice glasses and some food/delicacy stuffs were not getting promptly replenished, leading to some discomfort to the guests. I think that can be taken care of, especially during the end hours of the breakfast timings.
