The staff is polite & will do their best, knowing it's an airport hotel & the lobby is always busy. The food is amazing. The hotel is immaculate. room is good for 2 with a large smart TV. the lunch buffet spread is good as well.

The AC should have a heating option, especially in winter knowing Delhi gets cold, also since it's an airport hotel the plug sockets should have a multipin facility instead of only an India plug.

I liked the design of the hotel (good use of marbel). The room was comfortable and the food was nice. We used the pool, the gym and the spa. In general, we were satisfied with the facilities.

Us having a comfortable stay did not seem like a priority of the staff. They made us wait multiple times (e.g. for paying, while ordering something) or forget our requests. The service was not the expected value for money. After letting the staff know how we feel, they did put in more effort.

Property was very clean, stuff corteous and helpful

I missed selection of tea bags in my room, would expect black, herbal and green tea, coffea and coffear creamer. When i called black tea and coffee bags were brought. Spa had a very good massage therapist but manicure i had to cancel in the middle because of lacking equipment and skills. Therefore i also rather cancelled the facial. So that could be something to be improved.Food was very good, but meat and veg section at the bufet could be clearly marked and separated . I was actually expecting pure veg, dont know why. So that is why i dont prepay food next time.

I recently had pleasure to stay at Lemon Tree Premiere IGI Airport Delhi . I have stayed at many 5 star hotels before However , I must say Lemon Tree staff starting from the moment we arrived be it the security , The reception staff and Citrus Cafe staff has exceeded all our expectations they have gone over and beyond to give us exceptional service . Hospitality at this Hotel has been top notch extremely polite , friendly , approachable , every single staff puts that extra effort for each and every guest , extremely rare to find each staff member giving that exceptional service . Attention to detail is something extremely rare to find it really touched me when I saw Jyothi proactively offered my one year old baby dal khichdi it may be a simple dish however , it has shown what kind of staff this particular Hotel has . Replenishing water , tissue paper without even asking is what makes guest experience !!! And this staff has left us speechless … Special mention for Chef Khim who made delicious khichdi for my baby … Server Shadab , Kapil , Yash for their excellent service . Danish from Room service who was patiently waiting for us outside our room to deliver our Food … Special thanks to The Manager of this exceptional Team Mr Aatish . Also the reception staff inspite of arriving earlier than check in time made that extra effort to give us early check in . Special mention for reception staff Aanchal and his colleague . Any Hotel can be 5 star however , it’s the staff who makes the service 5 star . Hospitality at its utmost best . Kudos to Lemon Tree for hiring such kind of staff in their team . Room was very nice, the service was great (I appreciate it the fact that they hired the disabled), the food was excellent

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, the only thing that people should be aware of is that it is very convenient at the airport, but it is in a giant group of hotels, and there is virtually nothing to do anywhere near the hotel. For me this was fine. I spent a whole day there regrouping from five week trip in India and then heading to the airport.

Location is nice very close to the worldmark shopping and eating place. Staff is nice and helpful. My daughter started vomiting in the taxi as soon as we reached the hotel. The staff was very proactive they saw the situation and jumped to help us with water and napkins.

While I was taking a nap, a staff came, rang the bell asked me how I like my stay. They requested if I can rate them, like then and there on the app. Well that was a bit of a pushy. I declined politely and they went their way.

The staff is super minding (Atesh(resturant manager) Rahu(Resturant Assistant) Baljit(Front desk Manager) Panjkaj(Housekeeping Staff).

Only one thing there was an incident that happened with us that at midnight due to some uncertainty Fire Alarm got activated and tired calling in front desk nobody is available and no one picked the call that seems the security staff is not that active 😔... So if next time I wanted to book this so because of security of mine I have to think twice.

Good location at Aerocity close to airport. Attentive staff, decent breakfast

No complimentary water bottles in the room, usually big hotels offer 2x complimentary and additional on payment.

We booked last minute & they accommodated us in an upgraded room, because the initial room was quite damp. They also gave us complimentary breakfast. The pool area was very nice & the staff were attentive & very polite. The restaurant offered a good choice for breakfast & we enjoyed an evening meal there on our 1st night chosen from the room service menu not the buffet option.

The rooms we saw looked a bit tired & the furniture was looking grubby.

Breakfast at the Citrus Cafe was exceptional. Really, really first class. The staff were brilliantly attentive. Special thanks to server MD Shadab and Asst. Manager Ishwar Ojha for their outstanding service. LemonTree is fortunate to have both of them on staff. The omelette bar was one of the best I have ever experienced in India. (Perhaps even better than the Radisson Blu?). Robust local delicacies, too. But it was the attention of the staff that truly made breakfast wonderful each morning. Clean, well apportioned, just really a lovely experience. I really did have a good experience at the LemonTree. Honestly, much better than I was expecting given that online bookings can sometimes be a bit of a crap shoot. First, I love the location. It’s located in IGI Aerocity, just a four minute walk from the metro station (Airport Express Orange Line). No need for a car service or taxi to/from the airport. Just purchase the “ONE” card (similar to London’s Oyster card or Hong Kong’s Octopus card), add some value, and use it to go to/from the hotel to IGI airport, or into the city (connects with the Yellow Line at New Delhi station). Note: since the Orange AirPort Express Line is treated a bit differently from other lines on the metro system, make sure you validate your ONE card at Customer Care booth when you transfer to Yellow line at New Delhi station, otherwise it won’t work. (Just have the worker at the booth do it for you — takes about one minute). Once validated, the ONE card carries you anywhere via Metro that you may need to go. Second, the hotel is just steps away from Aerocity’s food court (restaurant, cafes, pharmacy, grocery store, etc). Quite literally a one or two minute walk. Third, the facilities at the hotel are really nice. Beautiful pool — lovely to go swimming in the morning. Nice spa. (You can’t charge the spa to your room, but that’s not a big deal, really). Nice 24/7 gym with on duty trainer to help out.

There really isn’t a lot that comes to mind that I didn’t like. I had a really good experience, there.
