For those who want to choose this hotel to stay while in braga you guys just did very good choices actually.. Their facilities,staff and surroundings was superb and worth it .. I really like the smell of this hotel..Good job..

All was good .. except the wifi (sorry ya for this stay it turn to slow for me).. i already mention to technician guy ..maybe because during my stay they just change to new line thats why its on and off connection.. but its fine just maybe can be better next time ya..

Location is perfect, right in the city and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. They have kids swimming pool so plus point for a city hotel. The room is clean and they have 24 hours in room massage service.

The room is a bit old, flooring need to be fixed - we booked a family room but the flooring is bad with the wooden lifting. Prone to accident with kids. Wardrobe a bit weird as the hanger is SO high can't really use it at all.

View of the city, especially the Savoy Hotel, from the large picture window were excellent. Location is perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One front desk staff member, Aziz, spoke with me several times about what I was enjoying in the city and offered some good suggestions. Very nice.

The location in Braga. Yoshinoya restaurant next to lobby. Pharmacy store (Kimia Farma), Starbucks and convenience store (circle k) right next the hotel. In the morning you can find Chicken porridge, Soto Ayam, and Nasi Kuning in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast also good, they have cereal with fresh milk, tea, coffee, juice, Indonesian food, instant noodle, bread, eggs (omelette,etc), fruits, salad, and Corn cream which i like the most. I booked family room, there are 2 single beds and 1 queen bed; comfortable enough for me, my husband and 2 my children. The first hotel that i knew provide bolster.

Swimming pool too small only for children below 5 years, Small Elevator, they don’t provide mug, glasses, tea spoon (only provide paper cup and wooden ice stick)

Perfect location, very good WiFi, nice breakfast and staff was helpful.

While the taste of breakfast is OK, but I think they need to improve the choice. They should add an authentic food from Bandung, not only general meals. Also, the toilet in my room is leaking but I have report it.

I love the strategic location and the cleanliness of the hotel. You can walked to a popular street, Braga streetwalk and also can walk to a popular shopping centre, Pasar Baru around 1KM. The smell of hotel lobby was pleasant.

Its location at the main street of Braga, close to museum Asia-Africa, close to some cafes and restaurants. They have special event for dinner on weekend at the hotel frontside area (outdoor). The hotel has swimming pool for children at the rooftop. Strong wifi connection.

Nice reception, employees, beautiful building. Family room was very convenient for us too. Kids play zone in swimming pool good as well!

Building and room can have an upgrade, especially swimming area and bathroom.

didnt buy breakfast. but good food is easy to get. room is at the high floor and really comfy. very clean toilet and shower. good pressure of the shower. good bed. overall really happy with the place.

somehow our cc doesn't work here. So we had to pay through bank transfer before a certain hour. it wasn't annoying as we had enough time to transfer but can imagine should someone, not from Indonesia, this could cause distress.

The room is fantastic for family. Kids love their space but a window would be nice. Ambience and room size is sooooo ideal and the AC is just nice. My view was amazing and location is super great; many foodstalls and a bit crowded but not noisy

The restaurant was good but could be better if they have chocolate jam and butter. There was only margarine and some basic jam. A window in the kid's section in the room would be nice addition.
