The staff is very helpful. They will help you as soon as possible and explain what you need clearly. The location is not that far from the some tourist hotspot.

The shower is fall suddenly and I almost get hit, but the staff immediately repair it. The staff really helpful. If only you can change or deep clean the carpet in the hallway (in front of the room) it would be better.

(+) spacious room. (+) comfortable bed & sofa. (+) well working refrigerator. (+) sufficient amount of clothes hanger in room. (+) fast response of the staff when handling queries from guests.

(-) bathroom door's knob is not working at room #209..so it can't be closed properly..let alone locked it. (-) water kettle not working. Luckily they have spare in hand, and replace our kettle with the new one. (-) limited parking space, but they have vallet ready. (-) they only have 2 elevators, with no separate freight elevators, so the waiting time might took forever. (-) need some further maintenance for the building. I notice some leaking point on the wall, especially in the basement area. (-) also need refreshment on the carpet & bed sheet.

Breakfast and room was good. I also appreciate the work of reception staff. I left my ID card there and they keep it safely. Also on my second day in the morning i was not able to enter my room (the technician guy inform that the door has issue). But they fix it quickly (room 209). Thank you

There should be a glass door between the shower room and dry area. The water keep splashing make the dry area become wet. Also my other room (room 225) has issue with AC which is not too cold. However due to night time we decide to let it be. Hopefully this already fixed by maintenance team.

I’ve stayed at fox harris for so many times before, it’s one of my favourite hotel at bandung because it’s comfortness and location. The staffs are so nice and helpful. I love how they remind and help me when I asked to move to another room, also when the front office officer help me to have my bill printed. They also call each guests every morning to ask whether they want to have breakfast at the restaurant or get it delivered to their room, so proper for this pandemic situation. Another thing is proper electric socket next to bed is really really important for me, so I really appreciate that they provide it. Oh, and also when I forget to bring my soap when I move to another room, they call me to confirm that and delivered it to me immediately. Small thing but so satisfying.

If there are things that needs inprovement, maybe it’s room 127, especially the cleanliness (i found a bug), the fridge’s smell, and the tv bracket. But as they’re so helpful to move me to another room, I’m okay with that. And also I didn’t like it much when I’m having chicken porridge for breakfast at the restaurant and it was sooo sweet, too many soy sauce. I did say that I want my some soy sauce in my porridge, but didn’t mean that it would be that much. As the waiter help the guests to prepare and get their breakfast, I think it would be better if they can put the condiments properly.
