Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good and I appreciated have my that perk to my stay,

I felt it was very expensive for a no frills hotel. I chose it because of the location. Also it was weird to go to Ricky’s next door with no access to the restaurant because of the huge fence separating the properties. We had to walk all the way around in a downpour which was annoying. The lobby could use an upgrade and refresh as it is very dated. The staff however were very nice and friendly!

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. I liked the fact that you had cranberry juice in the dispenser..very nice touch.

A little miscommunication with the time of breakfast. In the information book that was in the room it said breakfast started at 0630. My husband went down about 0640 and there was a sign on a board at the breakfast room saying it started at 0700. Luckily as we were turning away the breakfast attendant came out of the kitchen area and told us we could come in as breakfast was ready. She was very kind and helpful.

Location was close to family who we were visiting and also close to shops and restaurants. Also very quiet which ensured that we had a good nights sleep.

Disposable plates, cups, glasses and cutlery used at beakfast should be replaced with reusable ones made of china, glass and metal. A lot less waste; besides, wooden utensils perform poorly compared to metal ones.

The staff is always friendly.. We book here every time we have a show in Chillwack.. The breakfast lady remembered us. So so friendly. They helped us out with changing our room the last night of our 4 day stay so one of our friends could stay with us. The rooms are always clean. Quite and most important we feel safe. Thank you

The staffs were very friendly, kind and helpful especially the front staffs and the lady who served breakfast. The location was very convenient especially for the family visiting waterpark and nearby trails/scenic spots such as Bridal veil waterfall and Harrison hot springs.

Room layout lacked bedside table each side of bed Found 2 pills under bed. So how well was it cleaned? Poor lighting Continuous sound in bathroom (sounded like toilet or nearby shower running constant) Sliding patio door dirty and did not slide well (safety security latch touchy to get to operate)

Great location besides Chiliwack Mall with nearby amenities and minutes drive to Cultus Lake. Hotel a little old but very clean. Extremely comforable bed only downside is besides highway which will be noisy at night so earplugs a must. Good selection of breakfast including sausage and bacon sandwitches and everything hotel offers. Asked for room change to be away from highway but was told that fully booked. :(

Too costly to stay per night paid $285 CAD which sounded like being gouged and a rip off totally. I think < $200 CAD per night should be about right. $285 you would expect licensed beverage including alcoholic beverage for free!

Breakfast room small for a busy weekend. Eggs were rubbery but the rest was good

Mattress was soft, but that is a personal preference. There was no recycling. You went to the expense of wooden cutlery for the breakfast, and then garbage it all.

I was very impressed with one of your staff - I forgot to get her name though. She was supervising the other staff and she was very helpful to us at the time of our check-in. She has provided the extra towels to us without being asked. It just shows how attentive she is to customers' needs. You are indeed lucky to have a staff like her! As for the rates, I find it too expensive for the rooms that we got. Even if breakfast was included, there wasn't much to choose from for breakfast anyways.

very close to cultus lake water park as well as some great restaurants withing walking distance if needed

We will come by again one day. only thing was the traffic on the way there. this is not the hotels fault at all though
