Perfect for our needs, and easy walk, drive or Uber to Cirque/ENC. Easy parking right across the street. Nice staff, clean room and well-equipped gym. Lots of good eats nearby.

Things at the front desk can be peculiar as they don't tell you everything you need to know. For instance, the gentleman gave us three breakfast tickets for our three-night stay, but EACH PERSON required a ticket for each day. So apparently you need to pick up new tickets each day.

We frequently stay at this hotel when we visit Montreal as the location is perfect for our needs. The room was also very clean.

The remote for our TV wasn't working; however it was immediately replaced when my husband went to the reception. The coffee maker in our room did not function either. We didn't report it as there was free coffee available in the lobby. We have noticed changes since the last time we stayed here. Some good and some bad. We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant no longer has a menu to order from and the food was good. It is now only a buffet. Although the food was good enough it was cold. We didn't say anything because we had plans and needed to eat before going out. If we had more time we would have probably ordered from Uber Eats considering the cost of the buffet/person.

Hotel was under the rennovation. The Air Condition of Internal side of Hotel Room where not good and not working. Hotel has very less staff to run the business. They didn't check the coffee machine before giving the room.

The Hotel Reception Girl working on after noon duty (Wearing Scarf to cover her head always. I don't know her name) was very rude and giving very bed replies. She totally misbehave when ask for the help and raised the complaine.

Free parking, complimentary breakfast, location was very easily navigable, rooms were very spacious & yes they were clean as well. We really appreciated the black out curtains, you may hear some noise because it’s beside a highway but even as light sleepers it didn’t bother us. Also, the hotel doesn’t have a lot of crowding, so amenities are very accessible.

There should be more variety for breakfast i guess..as for us we both don't eat scramble eggs. As we hv traveled many place usually there's a station to make eggs if your choice or more variety provided in the same price as this per night including Breakfast..the rest was good

the room was clean and comfortable the sir conditioner actually worked well the staff were pleasant and helpful parking was right across the street

they need to have a mat or carpet outside the bathroom the floors get very slippery i actually slipped and fell on the second day there I did not report it though and the hotel was about 30-40 minutes away from most of the attractions

The location of the hotel was very convenient for where we wanted Breakfast was very good for a continental but the toaster was a little slow for the number of people using it

There could have been an easy chair in the room and the sheets etc barely covered the bed

The conviviality, they ll do everything to accommodate your staying. I live in montreal. And whenever there is an event or i want to experiment true staff and respect, i book the place

They made me like what i wouldnt like. But i hope they make there breakfast a little bit more pleasant then just Yogurt, bread, juice. A better diversity.. although i know the food cost nowadays but they can prevent waste and do great if they put on some efforts.

It was very comfortable room, slept well. Washroom was well kept and clean, no issues. Nice lighting from windows. Overall, nice room, no problems very happy.

Breakfast, we would prefer if there were more vegetarian options, as we don’t eat much meat, and there were barely any vegetarian options aside from potatoes. Would like more veggie options to eat.

Comfy beds.

Breakfast could be more varied and the room is quickly packed. The buffet dinner was a disappointment: few, basic dishes (think pasta and tomato sauce) and misleading ( there should have been desserts and fruit according to the menu but there was only fruit)
