The room was clean, recently remodeled, and very spacious for a solo traveler. The bed was very comfortable and everything in room worked well. The landscaping around the space was well done. The pool was open and clean. There is a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, which was very good as well.

The exterior of the building could use some attention. There were visible extension cords to run cameras and bugs in the exterior walkways. None of this was an issue in the room, though. The night staff had an issue understanding that I had pre-paid the this site, but it was resolved.

Josh, the front desk clerk, was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. He made checking in a breeze. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed was just a tad on the firm side but wasn't to bad. The water pressure in the shower was not very strong but manageable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend that you try it for yourself. It is very conveniently located right off of the Interstate and there is an awesome Mexican restaurant attached to the same building so you don't have to drive anywhere to eat.

I was woken up by a couple arguing around midnight. After hearing it for about 10 minutes I called the front desk. He asked if they were outside as my room was next to a breezeway. I (female) told him I was not going outside to look and was not sure where the were, they were just VERY loud. He told me he would check in to it. They quieted down shortly after that and was quite until about 1am when I heard them again. That time lasted for a few minutes and then they quieted down again. I didn't hear then anymore that night.

Excellent location, nice and close to I 75 easy to get to.

We booked this hotel for 4 days because it had an outdoor pool and we’re from Minnesota. We assumed that the pool would be open. We were not happy when we realized it was 89° but we could not swim in the outdoor pool.

Wanted a ground floor and we got one. Easy to take our dogs out but people are lazy and so many people did't pick up their dogs pooh even though the hotel has bags and bins (not the hotels fault) There is a gas station with in walking distance and the waffle house across the road. It is small so you may have to wait if. Easy access to HWY I75:)

room was clean, Joshua at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. gives a wonderful first impression of the facility.

we have stayed at Red Roofs many times over the years with multiple pets. suddenly only one permitted?? not pleased with that new policy. we have stayed at Westins in DC, and Savannah with multiple pets no problem. dont like the change in the policy. also a little softer bed would be nice.

It was a nice hotel for the money. Room was clean and spacious. Both evening and morning front desk managers were kind, efficient, polite, and accommodating. Although they weren't listed in the hotel amenities section, there was also a microwave and small refrigerator in the room which I was happy to see.

The only thing I would've liked to see, would've been a free continental breakfast offered. Would stay there again regardless.

Staff was courteous but very busy at check in. The room was very spacious and clean. Love the laminate flooring! Bed was comfy.

The hotel is quite large and the location was very busy and traffic noise thru out the night Also train noise nearby in latter evening. The was a huge group of workers with loud service trucks that were up before sunrise, loud conversing in the parking lot and their back up signals going on it seemed for such a long time 😔

The breakfast was ok, but no proteins like eggs, bacon or sausage. There was a waffle maker, bread for toast, little tangerines, and cereal. The only thing to drink was coffee, no decaf coffee or juice.

Front desk person remembered us! Room was clean and quiet, the bed was on a pedestal so the cat couldn't sneak under it!

Very little furniture in the room, it consisted of a king sized bed, chair, desk and what appeared to be a large dance floor! Breakfast has been eliminated completely. I hope this is not one of those businesses that use covid as an excuse to cut services, but not rates.

I didn't eat breakfast . didn't have what I wanted ....the had cereal muffins, waffles , Fruits, coffee, no juice ECT... No eggs , no sausages . No bacon 🥓 no grits
