The room decor was quite basic, but well appointed. Our room was HUGE! The bed and linens were very comfortable and the room temp was great (some hotels adjust the temp while you're sleeping). I loved having all the Dove bath and body products, especially in the dispensers. The front desk lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was nice, but the pancake station was out of order, which disappointed my husband. I would recommend this hotel.

The pancake station was out of order. The eggs and sausage at the breakfast bar were cold. The floors appeared clean, but were sticky in the room and common areas.

The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The bed linens and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel and surrounding area was very clean and professional looking.

We were placed in a handicap room, which is normally fine for us; except in this hotel, there was NO counter space in the bathroom. We thought that was unusual. Elevators were a little slow but they said they were working on them at the time.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel/room was extremely clean, the pillows/bed were comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

When my son and I went to the pool at 9:10am to have our morning swim, the pool was not opened, so I had to go and get a staff member to open it. Also, I wish the pool was opened at 8am instead of 9am.

The 3 different front desk clerks were very sweet and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I can honestly say it was an exceptional stay. We did not do the breakfast, but we did work out in the gym, which I also found to be clean and organized.

There was nothing that I did not like.

This hotel was very clean and smelled great. Excellent customer service. The price is very budget friendly and I was shocked at how great the options were for breakfast. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. I will definitely be staying here again on our trips.

Great location close to restaurants. Very quiet, clean and modern.

The television channels were very, very strange and not intuitive to use. All sports channels were scrambled and could not watch a football game that I really wanted to view. I was told that “too many folks are trying to watch the channel at the same time”. Never heard of that logic before.

The location was great, close to several different shopping locations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable.

The rooms are updated and have some awesome features in them like touch lamps, a really nice blow-dryer, and cool lighting. Beautiful tile LARGE shower with amazing shower head. The king sized bed we were in was VERY comfortable, they do have 2 down pillows and 2 cotton ones which my husband and I had switch them around so I used the down ones because he's allergic to them. It doesn't seem like they use bleach to clean, which is a plus for me because I'm allergic to bleach. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we were happy to be staying there for one night.

The breakfast was very good and had nice choices of eggs,sauage,wafffles,cereal,fruit,sweets,etc. Clean and large dining area.

The computer wasn't working right and took long time to register. Our rooms air conditioner wasn't working properly and we froze until they changed our room for us. The staff was very good about satisfying us.

A quick one night stay. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast and the staff, especially Jeanine were excellent.

Had some confusion with a priority Fedx issue but it was resolved.
