It's a quiet hotel, even being close to road, it was nice. Breakfast was always spot on each morning, everyone left full and happy. Rooms were spacious and accommodated our family just fine. We visit the area often and will definitely stay again..oh also hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, places to eat and attractions all within 20minutes max. Staff was so friendly! Kiddos to them, they made us always feel welcome, great job!

I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful! The hallway smelled like Maple Syrup. Room was comfortable, lots of outlets for charging my devices and plenty of place to sit and relax in the evening.

Parking was limited. I utilize a handicap spot but none were available and after dark I was reluctant to go back out to my car. The lot was squeezed between a hiking trail and the street. I did not witness anything that made me unsafe, just risky for someone with mobility issues.

Location was great and it was pretty quiet.

The room had broken furniture and the continental breakfast was not adequately staffed for the flow of people. Many items were empty during peak time. Also, it seemed the room keys kept failing. I had to have mine reset 3 times (even keeping it away from my cell phone which they said can sometimes interfere). Many other visitors did the same.

The BEST staff I could have ever asked for during our two-night stay. We came here for a dental surgery for my husband, and the staff were kind and supportive. Anything I needed, ice or Advil, they offered with a huge smile. Vanessa went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. Appreciated the morning coffee and eggs. Aww, hope this place appreciates the lovely staff as they deserve. It's also close to the charming old town. After all, it's a people business, not money business. You got the GOLD and SILVER in your staff!!!

It's an outdated hotel. The furniture were worn out. The smell is little off. The shower was weak.

I truly appreciated the size and amenities of the room. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and overall stay very nice.

The pillows were extremely small but overall adequate. The fan shut off in the middle of the night although this may have been connected to the automatic thermostat.

Good hotel location to serve Clovis. Very impressed with the breakfast, not only the do-it-yourself fresh waffles, but the metal warmer with eggs, bacon & potatoes. Also, a fine selection of other breakfast favorites. Glad that there was a laundry room as well.

All was fine for my 3 night stay. No unwanted surprises ~

Well the heater was very loud had to turn it off to sleep. Had trouble locking the door because it was broken, the pressure in the shower was not good barley came out. I've stayed there' before and enjoyed THAT room

The beds were so comfortable and the room had been updated beautifully.

We ended up in a room with an accessible bathroom (which we didn’t require) and there was no countertop, the lighting was terrible and the shower head was old and not great. It was huge with nowhere to put anything. The room had been recently updated but it was clear the bathroom hadn’t been touched.

The bed was very comfortable and the breeze from outside made it even better with very low street noise. Vanessa was perfect in assissting with my delicious waffle and the entire breakfast set-up exceeded our expectations. We will return in future trips as needed. Thank you all,,,,

Not a matter of not liking somethimg but we have been spoiled with large square shower heads since we often travel back and forth to Nevada and Arizona as well as So-Cal. Thank you

Our first-floor room was conveniently located to the breakfast room, the ice machine, and the door to the parking lot. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great!

The room was rather dark.
